How to operate microsoft office as well as sharpening my customer service skills
I've learned a lot about targets and reaching them while keeping my customers happy and well informed. helping customers is what i really love about my job. i really enjoy the credit side of the business because i am able to convert cash buyers into credit buyers based on what they would like which is bonus for the company. i am able and capable of so much and i feel like i won't learn anything new from the company i work for as i know how the business works,even the operational side of the business. i would like to learn more and i feel and believe your company can assist me in growing and learning more.

Impact that I had was always to do my best and to go that extra mile
My skills were always just to do my job and focus on the main I don’t know something I will always make sure that I will ask and do it the right way. Pros: To work at Incredible Connection is great as we are like a family and always work as a team. We will always help each and everyone instore where help is needed. We have a fantastic work ethic and that is why i regard myself as the perfect person
Cons: The long working ours in our store was only when we are busy doing stocktake and then work overtime

I am an ambitious guy who like to win always wanna complete my targets and I love working with a team that wanna always win.im ego to learn more. I would like to see myself achieve more done I have now n will to do much better than I am doing rite now.

Opportunity for experience
This role has given me the opportunity to grow, mentally, emotionally as well as improve my interpersonal skills and work ethics. In my time of serving in this role I was at a junior level of management and was faced with a multitude of work related challenges which has groomed me into a strong, strategic, driven and dedicated individual.

Good learning curve
Always enjoy having to fix and being challenged by the latest technologies. Meeting new customers and different personalities. I have learnt to put customers first. Make sure to complete tasks on time and not to procrastinate.

Excellent learning
I really like working for my company because i engage with lot of people, and it taught me how to offer the best customer service and i have learned more about technology, the worst thing about it is working on weekends because is retail hours and dealing with difficult customers but they have taught me that i must not take it personal with such situation. The most thing that i enjoy about the company is that they give you chance to learn from other departments

Work under pressure,dealing with different customers and multitasking
I have learned to deal with customers.. Assisting customers Answering phone calls It's a very challenging job. It's a very challenging job,u get to deal with customers,u must provide good customers service. Also doing the admin work.
