I would like to join your organisation get promoted one day.
Some days are difficult but as a consultant i always come with a solution. I am an easy person i work easy with my co-workers, i have learned new skills from others. Pay day is the most important day for me, more aspecial when i had good month.if you dont reach your target thats very changelling.
Pros: It is good to work here but i need another job due to company changes
Cons: working long hours is not a problem.

Excellent communications
It's a fun and energetic enviroment , always up and down keeps you on your toes . By working in retail you learn important skills like communication between you and staff members and customers . And I this case we know customers is always right always have you ears open it's every important to listen as you won't want any complains .

I like working at incredible due to some changes i dicided to look for another job. i dont have problems with long hours i can work. Days at work are not the same you will find difficult customer but the most important thing is to solve customers problem calm her down, come up with a solution create a relationship with her make her come back again to you.
Pros: Working here was nice before they made some changes
Cons: There is no growth for me i've been trying to open doors but all in vain

They have a good learning curve
Working at incredible connection has taught me a lot an dive learned all that needs to be learned interms of the retail industry ive grown as a person since working there and have gained a lot of experience concern my filed of expertise. what i love most about it is that my superior are good and helping staff and grooming them in the work i love my colleagues because their are helpful. i cant say there is much challenge in my job because im good at what i do and i have learned a lot with incredible connection.
Pros: There is room for growth
Cons: The hours are hectic because it is a retail store but also manageable.

Great opportunity for growth
My Journey at Incredible Connection has began as a receptionist/cashier. My determination to grow in the company has been recognised over the years and I've grown to the point where I became a Supervisor. I worked well with all staff and my door was open to all. Staff members always felt welcomed and had utmost respect for me as there Team leader. We worked well as a team and the end results was very productive. I loved working with my co-workers and we were like one big happy family. Unfortunately, my journey had to end. I was retrenched due to operational requirements. I am now looking for a company where I can give back on all the values, knowledge and skills that I've gained over the years.

Great opportunity for growth

Would like to try something different
Hi there I'm a very experienced employee in my field,but looking to get something a bit different like a field marketing or driver code 8 or 10 position I'm tired of the retail hours and weekends good customer service skills and MS Office knowledge thanks.
Pros: no long retail hours

Great learning curve
It is a great challenging work environment to work in. Growth its not easy since there is restructuring every year,and a man dominated industry. I have learnt to work as an individual and as a team. I enjoy working in the admin since yes I have been put on a development program in admin. The most challenging aspect in my job is the fact that since there is restructuring there been a lot of demotions and salary cuts.

Excellent experience gained
This company has thought me a lot but I need a change to develop and work better hours to have time for my family. Given the opportunity to work for this company I will be a hard worker a fast learner who believes in loyalty all the way . These working hours will accommodate me to be able to study part time.
