It is a great opportunity to work there. I learn everyday because of the complex ground conditions we are exposed to daily.The current mining generation where I work are young people who will give challenges daily,and I enjoy it a lot

I enjoy working with people , My previous employment as an Administrative Supervisor developed strong interpersonal skills and my capacity to deal with multiple demand on my time and resources. I have found that I have both the stamina and organisational ability to thrive in demanding circumstances. I learned that at each job coms with great responsibilities and that you must always give your best.

Excellent communication skills: Working with both shift boss and mine captain has developed a good range of communication skills as well as the ability to help and support others conscientiously and diplomatically. Good learning curve

It was a good learning curve,which made me think of furthering my studies next year as am still a student of occupational healthan safety management.am will to register next year for a degree because the end of 2017 am completing my diploma.working in a mining industry is very challenging an when you have qualifications for the job it makes your job easy an even the workers for safety department really inspired me to study further.
