Go along with coworkers easily and understand any work I come across easily especial mechanical.
Being a Refrigeration Fitter it gives me all the advantages to link and communicate with different people in different shafts. I enjoy assembling different equipment e.g KSB pumps, Blackman oil pumps, V-belts and straight drive fans as well as screw compressors, to mention few.
Pros: With your education and hard working attitude the company can grow you to any level of your dream, in short there are great opportunities to grow in the company.
Cons: Long working hours take place especial on break downs.

Exploring new opportunities
Managing labor, doing disciplinary cases and liaising with unions and handling dispute. attending CCMA cases. doing monthly report. I am interacting with all my coworkers 'and enjoy new challenges. most challenging aspects of my job is solving disputes with union regarding the employees

working for this company is an honour as learn so many things with lovely people working as a team without forgetting their goal. the relationship with the workers is an outstanding one be cause I'm always at the their service when they needed one, because I regard them as my bosses they put food on my table by blasting those big rocks underground. I've learned that in every's working environment there should be communication at al times. I enjoy working for this company, nice management communication verbally, on notice boards, loving people

With the knoledge and experience i believe i ll add value to your company. I have got more than 9 years working at the Hrd department. I am a hard worker and i am prepared to work long hours to achieve company goals. During my work8ng at Hrd i hv work so hard to uplift most of the section 54s . Am a team player and a team captein . Am enjoying working with people and also working on a computer. During my career i have learned on how to deal with different cultures and different level of management and comunication.

Excellence learning curve
Impala platinum mine has a lot of different department underground and on the surface but the most enjoyable things is the form of transport we use to go underground with it. Working there u meet a different kinds of races and culture,working in a panel as blasting assistant has really been hard but it needs someone whose motivated and physically don't at all times because u need a lot of energy to survive there... But what makes me want to leave Impala platinum is that there is no challenge in your workplace, you do the samething over and over and there's no promotion and the are lot of unions politics.

Excellent learning curve
Impala Housing department is the best place to work. I joined the best team who can rotate doing tasks. Im at the creditors Department but l have also learned at their maintenance Department and Reception. I didnt have SAP knowledge when l got to Housing Department, but the gave me a skill no one can take from me. I enjoyed the maintenance Department where you will be helping walk in clients, follow up their queries and made sure they got the best service and all is resolved. Now l enjoy solving queries for my creditors and making sure they received their payments on time.

I am a self-starter and proactive man with great potential and i love challenges. i will be very helpful for the company that is going to give me a chance to prove myself.

Excellent learning curve
Get along with different people of different cultures and norms. Fast learner and cope well under pressure. My job is my oride. Im work aholic and trustworthy. Im trusted by both employees and up to senior management level. I can do any further training requested by the company. Always on time i seldom report late at work. I prefer to be earlier than late
