Good learning curve
It was a good learning curve,which made me think of furthering my studies next year as am still a student of occupational healthan safety management.am will to register next year for a degree because the end of 2017 am completing my diploma.working in a mining industry is very challenging an when you have qualifications for the job it makes your job easy an even the workers for safety department really inspired me to study further.

Team work
I believe I'm team player and I lead by an example, I will reach a call because I don't let my people to do job by themselves, Im always hand on, that's why it is important for a leader to be part of the team.

Cons: 9+ I work more than 9 hours per shift due to some break downs but it's worth it at the end of the day because I put extra effort everything i do.

It's an awesome experience been promoted 3 times is was an honour cause everytime I was putting my hard work and at the end it paid off and having support and commitment for my colleagues it may everything easy and enjoyable.

Working alone and under pressure makes me to know my strength and my weaknesses.
I believe in giving people a chance to prove them self because we are all human. I enjoy team work and i like to socialize with my coworkers. Going to work every day with positive mind it makes my day even more better.

Good company
Gud and professional company. Well managed. There are days that are very challenging but with United team we pull together towards one goal. We learn everyday as each day comes with its own challenges.

I've learned so much and i still want advance myself to face the future.
working for this company is an honour as learn so many things with lovely people working as a team without forgetting their goal. the relationship with the workers is an outstanding one be cause I'm always at the their service when they needed one, because I regard them as my bosses they put food on my table by blasting those big rocks underground. I've learned that in every's working environment there should be communication at al times. I enjoy working for this company, nice management communication verbally, on notice boards, loving people

Hr manager generalist..covering day to day issues from BCEA,Talent management,employee relations and in terms of business,...planning and supporting line managers to achieve targets.. its a fast paced industry and unionised...the budget forecast is est at 1.6b a year of which 60 % is labour costs...you need to be on top of your game ...daily...to make the business unit profitable although there are external factors involved...but we manage the risks daily

Excellent learning Curve
I have learned that I'm good with team work nd i learn very quick to new environment. I enjoy learning new things and everything i do I put my mind on it . I started working as a plant Operator , within three months was appointed to act as a shift supervisor and I did very well. I have learned people's skills through out the journey in mining. Within three years I have worked in different departments and getting promoted . My last department was where my most interest fall under. MRM department. Draughting and Survey. I'm a qualified Advanced Survey Draughter in 2016.

Willing to learn
I am a person who is willing to other Tm3 machinery and an opportunity to work on surface machinery o have been working for underground .i qualified through sandivik machinery from 2012

Great company
It's a great company but with no development unless you are somebody favorite it's paying according to different categories. There's safety and production bonus for employees who worked safely and have reached their target
