Lots Of Young People

IiNet is a great work environment for people with lots of energy and enthusiasm. The environment and energies brought across by employees are great for people who like to socialize. Energy is needed because there are different shifts and some of the shifts are at uncomfortable hours. It really taught me how to be a Customer Service Representative.

Exellent learning curve

Social & busy environment. You learn something new everyday. friendly environment & help each other in working as a team. Very understanding environment & can be pressured environment at most times.

Excellent learning curve

Company is now focused on numbers and not individuals. There is no room for growth and too many politics internally. There is no remuneration for hard work and people who are coasting along get paid more.
