Good environment

i working in a call center environment and for me its not the best place to be because i want to grow in ternms of IT. a little bit of IT here. my couileages are very nice and helpfully.i am enjoying but i see no growth.now that i am here i improved in communication skill,team work,understanding different cultural backgrounds and values.

Lots Of Young People

IiNet is a great work environment for people with lots of energy and enthusiasm. The environment and energies brought across by employees are great for people who like to socialize. Energy is needed because there are different shifts and some of the shifts are at uncomfortable hours. It really taught me how to be a Customer Service Representative.

Excellent training, up skilling CSR constantly.

IiNet is a great Job for young individuals who is fresh in the working industry. No room for growth. Excellent training. Great team players. Management is good. Shifts are unreasonable and unrealistic. Sick leave is a problem.

Great working environment

The high call volumes, fast paced work environment was good as it kept people motivated and on their feet. There's never a dull moment, a typical day can be a slow call cue, fast paced high call volumes or administration work but the business allows/encourages teamwork and being goal - orientated so workload is shared easily and there are processes that cater for employees.

Pros: Great opportunities for growth.
Cons: Payroll and shift bands

Gaining experience and new skills

My opinion of what it should be like at a company is happy place and a want to go to every day be like a family and also be positive and enjoy what you do. My relationship with my co-workers is professional with a twist of joy. I enjoy talking to my customers the most because even thou im talking to a stranger they can make you smile like no person you know can and also build a bond with them which is so cool.

Good relationships, challenging environment, focus on quality service

We work in an ever-changing environment, that focuses on quality customer service and experience. A typical day is for us to be able to provide the service as best we can. While challenging, this is also a good place to learn and improve skill levels. My relationship with Co workers are good, and I focus on providing them with as much assistance as I can. y wrk for iiNet

Excellent communication skills , fast learner

My day consist of giving excellent customer service to Australians. Regarding their billing which consists of making payments, extension on invoices aswell as troubleshooting their internet, emails and netphones , making sure the customers are getting great service from me and making their day. I have learnt alot from the company I worked for , very technical , enjoyed what I done. Worked in a very friendly and positive environment with lovely co workers. The most challenging aspect of my job was working the night shift, I could not work that shift because my body could not handle that hours to be awake but besides that I've really enjoyed working for the company.

Tech support

I assist with offline Internet customer help them go back online I assist with adsl and nbn set ups I help troubleshoot different types of modems I also help with billing and customer that escalating the calls I also assist with sales
