Excellent learning

My name is Kaycee Dampies. I am young and very hard working woman. I am very ambitious and always strive to do more. I am currently studying at University of Johannesburg in the process of completing my Diploma in Law. My dream is to become a qualified Lawyer as I want to be global recognised for my distinguished profession of being part of the professional bodies of Law. As I believe it will open up great opportunities worldwide for me as that will allow me to be the best I can be.

To build good working relationship with business which promotes excellence and accountability.

Very diverse company with good working relationship with my colleagues. Finance its a very busy environment and working underpressure its something that I managed it very well with meeting the the setup dealines. I enjoys doing managent report and analysis.l have learned a lot about short term insurance. Most challenging its balance shèet recons especially when there are historical balances with no valid substance.

Pros: Diversed company and very relaxed environment. We work and play
Cons: Volume if work with less capacity which leads to long working hours.

Great working place and wonderful staff

I love this place for its corporate identity and culture and how that is integrated into our everyday roles. How the culture becomes the way of life. The only downfall is career management. There are no incentives to grow your capabilities or maybe it is due to the fact that you are on contract.

Pros: Great staff that are will to teach you new things
Cons: Management styles and growth opprotunities

Growth within the company is good

I am a team worker also I can complete my task and ask for more and also offer assistant to others. I am kind of a person who is willing to learn new things with more training and from others. if I made a mistake I am willing to take accountability for it

Excellent learning curve

Hollard offered me great opportunity to learn and get a kick start on my career. The team was supportive and very friendly. Everyone accommodates intern. And is willing to help out teach with the little the can.

Pros: Lots of learning opportunities
Cons: Few chances to get hired
