I am a high performer, strategic-thinking professional with more than 3 years' experience in Industrial/Employee Relations in a Financial Service Provider sector (Insurance). Highly skilled at relationship-building with employees across the company; interpersonal communication skills. I am good with assessing needs, generating options, and implementing solutions in collaboration with employees and managers. I am highly experienced in all phase of Labour Relations. Experience at managing projects from the requirement gathering/needs identification phase through to completion. I have 6 months experience in serving customers in retail and an 8 months experience working in a warehouse environment.

Studying opportunity

Need to be pressure driven and also enjoy what you doing,challenging To be a peoples person interacting regularly with co workers clients as well as external parties Not to take people for granted but to treasure them as you're family as you spend the whole day with them Trying to find a solution to the problem doing it right the first time

Life at Hollard

Excellent working conditions but I am looking for more growth. I have enhanced my people management skills as I currently have more than 30 direct reports.

Excellent customer service.

I assist customers witht their issues related to their policies, I also call clients to arrange meetings . I enjoy making sales and I love working under pressure, it keeps me motivated. I have an excellent relationship with my co workers and I mistly enjoy working in a team where everyone wants to be the nbest of themselves. I have learnt that all clients want is to be treated with respect and and made feel important, and they appreciate assistance. The most challenging thing is that you don't always make target, but that should not demotivate, I take is as a lesson to do better the following month.

Excellent learning curve

Hollard is a well big known insurance company..we are working as time given per task. I learned a lot that is happening within the working industry...every employee co operates to achieve the vision of the business

Pros: I started to work as the field agent but I got promotion within 3months of the probation period because of my effort.
Cons: We worked long working hours and that isn't a problem when you dedicate yourself towards your work.
