Very diverse company with good working relationship with my colleagues. Finance its a very busy environment and working underpressure its something that I managed it very well with meeting the the setup dealines. I enjoys doing managent report and analysis.l have learned a lot about short term insurance. Most challenging its balance shèet recons especially when there are historical balances with no valid substance.

Cons: Volume if work with less capacity which leads to long working hours.

Great learning experience
Very challenging experience with a lot to learn about the calture of the company makes it better to work in the company and wake up in the morning.hollard branches mainly work with long term insurance and life covers on a daily basis and also service some of its partner clients like game,Ackermans, pep and the list is endless

Excellent learning curve
lA typical day at work is ensuring that deadlines are met and that customer service is the order of the day.I have an amazing relationship with my co workers because I am a peace maker and love harmony in all environment I am exposed to ,so building and maintaining relationships is vital to me for both my work and personal growth.I have learnt the importance of networking, sharing ideas and learning from others .I enjoy being in the company of great people,who add positive value in my life be it through conversations or meetings.The most challenging aspects of the job is as a result of system glitch which sometimes makes it difficult to achieve one's set goals and deliver and exceed the required standard.

Day to day customers interaction A platform to better telephone adequacy Creating long lasting relations with colleagues Self motivation is key Target driven environment Day to day challenges faced with regards to system problems which jogs one's discipline on capitalising on times when the systems are functioning appropriately. The environment stretches one's patients intensely.

Excellent learning curve
Working in a clientelle related environment. Solving problems at first point of contact. Direct plans and carry out plan accordingly. Success through toil. Reach my targets uniformally undertaking law of averages. Am quick to know and understand basics of IT, systems and output requirements.

Excellent listening skills
I am a young lady with an excellent listening skills. I always take time to listen and evaluate everything that I will be told. I enjoy working with people both my team and clients as well. I always maintain a good relationship with my staff by letting them be self innovative at work, give them space to do what they can do right so long it is in line with policies and procedures of the company. Over the years I have worked as a manager, I have learnt to be patient and not to babysit my team, I believe that everyone knows what they signed their contracts for therefore they need to be guided on their job and not to be pushed to do their job. The most challenging aspects when you are a manager is, you get to meet different types of people with different characters hence one has to learn and adjust to each individual's thinking and doing.

Hollard is a very good company and huge which they cares about their employees and client.they treating each person with dignity and respect .they have lot of activities, and the working environment was on very high standard where it makes lot of people to feel home.
