Best place to learn resilience
Good day The main character of my job is selling Heineken products to independent key accounts. Negotiate business deals and plans to achieve growth and sales targets. Develop and mamagement of customer relations. Monitor competitors activities and price management are also very key to our business success. Team work and continous learning in terms of trends are probable the biggest learnings in my years at Heineken. The timely distribution ,out of stocks as well as maintaing customer expectations are my biggest challenges on this role. Kind Regards

I completed my gcc electrical factories in 2017
breakdowns analysis , doing 5 whys to get to failure mode, attending and chair technical meetings with different unity production personnel. Member of TPM pillar, member of lockout permit and HT switching.
Pros: workhard ,punctualities and integrity on my shift
Cons: I am on 4 shift system were I work 12 hours.

Excellent
I am a very motivated individual who is a goal getter, i enjoy sales and i am goal driven with good workinf ethics. I always want to get my work done, I don't stop work working when I am tired but I stop working when I have completed the given task.

Great Industrial Exposure.
It will always be a great pleasure to work for one of the International company like my current employer. I had an opportunity with many different kind of people more especial the engineers and specialist from abroad. I had an opportunity to work with Krones team from installing and commission of two High capacity non Returnable glass line line it is indeed exciting to work with young vibrant people who are result driven, what i have learnt most is that commitment, attitude and desire go a long way irrespective experience. But however good result does not easy or on a silver plate its requires one to be a smart team player and good collaboration with department or all stake holders Winning is a team effort, we all have responsibility not just work.

Excellent learning curve and more
I call on a minimum of 17 outlets a day, doing my top checks, placing orders for customers, checking if they have challenges selling our products Because we all work independently apart from each other our relationship become more professional one I ve learnt that in every call out 15 or 17 outlet I go to I must sell Most challenging part of our job is that we do almost everything for the business, from business development, marketing, to checks , merchandising, to admin and debt collection

Great place to learn
Typical work day is one of those days i go to the office and being called for breakdown and work with my mentor. This always help with increasing our work relationship nd brainstorming together becomes easier. I have learned a lot like Think before you act, always try your best to bring everything to basic before changing/moving things. I’ve enjoyed a lot company events because it was the only time we get to socialize and know one another. Meeting deadline has always being challenging although doable sometimes the pressure increases withh each day

Learn to improve and keep things simple
Keeping things simple always makes ones job easier and delicate, cause you go straight to the point. Learning to understand what the customer need before rushing to sell will always put you In a good advantage cause you will be able to see the customer exactly what the customer need
