I have more than ten years Sales experience and very passionate about sales . In life you need change to experience new challenges and to grow as a person . I have worked for Coca Cola for 11 years as a Sales Rep and iam currently with Heineken SA . I have good selling skills,good negotiations skills and excellent Entrepreneurial skills . I think I will be a good asset to your company and I will be adding more value . I have great relationships with my internal and external customers. I have learned that you always learn from others in a team because this will also help you understand your grey areas as a person . Iam very passionate about sales because you meet with all races with different cultural backgrounds. The most challenging aspects is when you dealing with irate customers that you have to solve their problems .

Learn to improve and keep things simple
Keeping things simple always makes ones job easier and delicate, cause you go straight to the point. Learning to understand what the customer need before rushing to sell will always put you In a good advantage cause you will be able to see the customer exactly what the customer need

Great place to learn
Typical work day is one of those days i go to the office and being called for breakdown and work with my mentor. This always help with increasing our work relationship nd brainstorming together becomes easier. I have learned a lot like Think before you act, always try your best to bring everything to basic before changing/moving things. I’ve enjoyed a lot company events because it was the only time we get to socialize and know one another. Meeting deadline has always being challenging although doable sometimes the pressure increases withh each day

EXCELLENT BUT LIMITED LEARNING ENVIRONMENT
A TYPICAL DAY AT THE OFFICE CAN ONLY BE DESCRIBED IN ONE WORD. HECTIC. THIS IS TYPICAL OF AN FM-CG BEVERAGE INDUSTRY. THE COMPANY AND BRANDS ARE GREAT, IT GIVES ONE A FEELING OF ASSOCIATION. I HAVE A GREAT TEAM WHO ARE ENERGETIC, HARD WORKING AND FUN. I HAVE LEARNT A GREAT DEAL IN MY 8 YEARS OF WORKING FOR HEINEKEN. IT WAS MY FIRST JOB IN A BEVERAGE INDUSTRY, I HIT THE ROAD RUNNING, UNSUPERVISED BUT HAD A GREAT LEADER WHO BELIEVE M=IN ME AND MY ABILITY TO DELVER THE RESULTS. THIS GAVE ME THE CONFIDENCE TO GO FURTHER FROM BEING A PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST RUNNING MY OWN NPR SECTION TO CATEGORY MANAGER FOR PACK AD RAW FOCUSING ON INNOVATIONS. CHALLENGES AT THE MOMENT. LACK OF LEADERSHIP AND GUIDANCE UNDER THE NEW COMPANY STRUCTURE.

Dynamic production environment
HNK SA is a dynamic environment which provides challenges. On a daily basis, one has to stretch beyond the normative routine in order to juggle between priorities to accomplish goals. I have learned to collaborate with colleagues and suppliers through trust.

Great learning experience. Great courses offered.
Currently I am unemployed as I finished off at Heineken in 2016, before Heineken SA I was employed with Brand house Beverages Pty. We worked from home but the morning started at 8am, preparing admin, reports and structure for the day. It was always exciting to start the day, as each day brought new challenges, requests from clients. Before meeting with clients following up on orders and delivery was the best way to start the day. My colleagues became family. We supported and assisted each other on a daily basis. Motivated and problem solving was part of the day. Through the extensive training within the company my selling abilities, admin and customer service abilities only grew stronger and better. I grew as a individual.

Developmental platform
My daily routine involves assisting with regional and Comp strategic plans Handle customer queries Execute cycle plans Manage 3rd party agents Assist with order placing Ensure availability and affordability adherence I enjoy being part of a team. I communicate well with my counterparts. I have learnt to become a senior member of my team and thus my leadership qualities are continuously developing. I enjoy achieving personal and company objectives. I also enjoy managing different personalities through the different types of customers and consumers that I engage with on a daily basis. It can be challenging but at the same time it helps me to learn more about myself.

Work environment currently
The work environment is young and fresh, most employees are less than 2 years in the company, which makes it hard if you need something from the past. Monthly responsibilities include vat, PAYE, customs, excise, income tax and withholding tax calculations, claims and payments. There’s always new challenges, reconciliations from prior years to resolve. Not much tax issues from SARS, tax compliance is manageable.
Pros: There’s a an opportunity to create and structure the way you work as there company has not been around for long. Somethings you learn as you go.
Cons: Because of the lack of culture and the fact that there are no set rules, power can be abused. And the HR processes are not practised.
