Great starting place.

It's great as a starting point. There's a lot to learn. You need to be a team play. The Performance lays on everyone. High targets to be met. Acquired a lot of skills while I was there also got HIV Testing and Counselling Certificate. Enjoyed getting great results after working so hard. Stuff Always will to help if you're struggling.

Best analytical environment

Team work to be applied at all time,as daily duties/activities are co-shared. Individual decision making demanded as there are cases where ones need to make an urgent decision without consulting. Attentive smart analytical thinker as analysis of data is an everyday requirement. Working an over time when needed to fulfill daily activities.

Pros: Exposure to different levels of clinical activities
Cons: Ours of work to be extended if the results expected are not accomplished

Grea opportunities however work was on contract .If work is available on a permanent basis and greater benefits it will be great and aporeciaresas.Helping patients is my passion and making a difference to the health environment and community is rewarding.The company also has a greatinitiative as accessible us not always feasible do home vis8wwhu

Excellent curve learning

and the relationship with my co worker was good they were no hard feeling towards each other at work andi learnt quite a lot from different people at what or how deal with pressure and my experience for working at the company was the best of my entire life
