Although some days are not good as it not always sunny all season but working environment is good, whether working as a team or individually because we all have the same vision and objective (bring clients back to care and make them stay). Successful as it is, challenges are there and make one job hard but at the end of the day we bring in solutions for clients.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth, learn new things, gain new skills to develop your profile and your career
Cons: Long working hours, unmanageable target

A view in my shoes.

d A day in my ahoes... Working in this company thought me how to give my all not only with relation to my job description but also to the department at large. To always avail myself where there is a hap not positivity in others. People who interact with me are always left smiling and with restored faith and hope for a better tomorrow. Always treat people as if it were the last day seeing them respect for my colleagues and patients. Low stock levels and none availability of medicine can be frustrating as most patients don't understand the challenging factors. Noncompliance from patients also makes it difficult to reach targets at times but all in all being a public health servants is amazing.

Pros: There is enough time to learn new information and skills. In the many departments one can al ways offer to assist in that way more skills ate acquired.
Cons: Hours are fare and it's only occasionally where one would be asked to stay longer or come through weekend.

Learning Opportunity

Health Systems Trust is really doing fine in terms of teaching more about Data and Health caring processes, eye opening experience. The staff is very good and hard working, which I mostly value the most in team working. This experience also teach on the approach to other people and knowing the importance of other people's health, also emphasise the importance of credentiality.

Pros: Reasonable working hours
Cons: On and off working days.

Excellent lessening curve

Engaging on a daily with colleagues and clients. The relationship is well received. I learned about quality checking my work and mostly I learned a new language.

Excellent working enviroment and support system

My typical work day is when the facility has less head count and most pregnant women in that way I end up testing less people or no people at all. I believe it is good because we talk about almost everything, celebrate each other's birthdays and be there all the time when one is at need. I have learnt to be more empathy, to work well under pressure and what to do to pull yourself if you do not achieve your target. I enjoy working with people, being there for them and making a different in their lives and I have learnt what other different position entails and what is wanted from them. having to test negative people in different following days, yeah it a good thing for people to be negative but my job entails getting positives.

Cons: Not getting positives at all

Learned to use vmware,TCP/IP

THE COMPANY HAS GROWTH AS IT IS GIVEN DIFFERENT PROJECTS TO WORK ON AND IT IS AN NGO IT RELIES ON FUNDING SO THERE IS NO PERMANENT JOBS AVAILABLE.ITS A GOOD COMPANY WHEREBY WE LEARN DIFFERENT THING BUT ONE PROBLEM IS THAT YOU WILL FIND YOURSELF DOING ONE THING THE WHOLE YEAR SO YES GROWTH AT THE COMPANY TAKES LONGER THAN WORKING FOR A DIVERSE COMPANY WHERE YOU EXPERIENCE DAILY I.T ISSUES FROM DIFFERENT CLIENTS.

Im holding a national diploma in business management I basically need more experience

My typical working day hours is to trace patients whom have defaulted their medication patients back to care. Theys basically not much intimate relationship with my work colleagues ,work load is too much. I have learnt to hard work . Being challenged is very exciting. Sacrificing our time by working unpaid extra time is one of the challenges were Going through.

Contract insecurity

I certify that this review is only based on my own experience and that it is my genuine opinion of the company I'm working for. Yes the company is a better paying company but with no clear contract duration, making it difficult for you to plan your future. This is the only thing that makes me uncomfortable and feeling insecure with their contract. I enjoyed working with other teams.

Cons: No equipment to work

Typical working day but also learning curve

They are not fair when it comes to employ permanent staff since the employ thrir friend and family who are not capable to deliver and that compromises the quality

Pros: Working with group which I have passion for, children and youth
Cons: Long working hours, no space to work
