They are not fair when it comes to employ permanent staff since the employ thrir friend and family who are not capable to deliver and that compromises the quality

Great opportunity for growth

r i enjoy working for health Systems trust. I so wish they have permanent posts. I like my position as a team Leader very challenging and the support from my lone manager is owesome. The only thing that sometimes makes it difficult for my work is the fact that we working outside and have to build gazebos everyday. When the Cape Town weather is not good it's very challenging. Tru

GROWTH AND LEARNING

Work is quite interesting. Each day has it bys own challenged training and addressing gaps in processes for ccmdd. Calls from pick up points and clinics for operational queries and programme processes. Daily support is what I render,

Great organization to learn and grow in your career.

A typical day includes setting up workstations, infrastructure, networking on site. Training end users on devices and software. Troubleshooting on site.

Amazing experience and excellent learning curve. Very good working environment

We work 8 hours a day. Staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent working environment very conducive. I enjoy working with staff. Relaxed, Learned new things everyday, Management was Great, Workplace Culture was Diverse, Hardest Part of the Job was calling it a day, The most Enjoyable part of the Day was coming into work, Everything, Great Place to work.

Excellent learning curve

Deadline driven. Have to be back up and know what you are doing. Once everything is done and submitted, no one will bother you. Able to work from anywhere, even at home Opportunity to be educated. One person get to experience many tasks even from other departments, just so the work gets done.

A constantly learning environment, must be able to work under pressure and effectively

A constantly learning environment, must be able to work under pressure and effectively as dealing with patients either needing trwatement or medical attention. Co-workers have great internal and external relationships, unfortunately there is no real room for growth as everybody's jobtitle remains. Been a clerk often becomes challenging as you are responsible for all medical documentation as every document is extremely important hence the work load is always a challenge you need to work through

Pros: Speedy medical service in a government facility, working hours.
Cons: No growth

Exceptional experience gained

A typical day would be traveling to a health facility to train, implement or support the system. You get to deal with doctors, nurses and pharmacists, training them on a new online health system for chronic patients.

Excellent learning curve with growing opportunities

Typical work day: start at 8:00 till 16:30 Monday to Friday Relationship with co-workers: very professional, respectful, loving and open What have i learnt: its not always about work What you enjoy the most: interacting with others and being able to help always. Challenging aspects of the job: being delayed by another person to finish the job.

Pros: Great opportunities to grow.
Cons: No benefits
