Excellent training on product knowledge

Its to prioritise the the urgent work and deadlines. Answer emails and find solutions to queries addressed to your team Work excellent in a team or independently. Have an awesome relationship with all in office as we are in an open plan office. I have learned that things change and people change but we must respect all and move on from it. Enjoyed working with different cultures of people. Is to always meet target

Monitor and evaluate over 50 employees. perform quality checks on all telephony and calls. Perform quality checks on emails and system ticketing. Report to executive director on all incidents that need to be highlighted. Daily and monthly reporting.

Sales Administrator

A typical work day would be to prioritise the workload for the day ahead. Address all emails and respond within the timeframe requested. My relation with co workers is excellent as i am always willing to assist or help whenever requested by fellow colleagues. Have learnt to always be polite and cooperative in working environment to have a proper an good system workflow within the company. I always enjoy meeting and working with different caliber of people . Always wanting to learn more within the company and focusing on the challenges and overcoming them.

Relationship with co-workers

I had an excellent professional relationship with my co workers, which gelled quite nicely with the company environment. People assisted one another. We worked as a team to solve problems and learned new skills to reach our team objectives. I made some good friends for life, who today can vouch for me on a professional basis.

Haw to make sales

It is small campanu at deal's with customer service. We make sales and commission on hand set and accessory. But the campany is closed I'm not working now
