Good Growth

I had the opportunity to grow from customer service to technical support and then to Supervisor. So the growth opportunities were there. But finance wise it wasn't very rewarding. Received only 2 increases in over 6 years. The workload kept increasing but the salary stayed the same. It was a very toxic environment due to lack of leadership, transparency & direction.

Cons: Long hours, inefficient leadership, hardly any increases

Good company to work for all the time and very supportive

It has been a great pleasure for me to be given such an good opportunity to work in the big company like Glocell, with great colleagues, management so supportive with their open door policy.

Excellent

Call centre , good environment, working shifts, good salary plus commition, team work, sharing different ideas, like working overtime , pressure, not enough meterial to work, doing admin work and working on weekends. I have learnt working as a team is good and i learnt to handle irate customers.

Sales consultant

my relationship with my co- workers was very well we really understand each other . I have learnt how to sell a product to a client and to deal with difficult clients everyday. what I enjoyed most is to work with client and to give them the best service and to keep everyone happy . the most challenge I had I work was sometimes very hard to work with the staff if they not in a good mood or want to help each other.

Pleasant atmosphere

I have been most fortunate in working at GloCell in a few different positions. The company is continually growing and striving for new projects while affording the staff with new job opportunities in house. Management and staff are very respectful and have a lot of interaction which has created a more relaxed atmosphere. I enjoy challenges and don’t like to sit idle. GloCell offered Voluntary Retrenchments last year which affected the Retail side of the business, of which I was part of hence my break in employment however they offered me re-employment which is my current position.

Cons: Sadly the Company is down scaling again

I enjoy and love to work in an happy and positive working environment. A positive attitude is what i have learnt to have a good day. Never allow negative thoughts or office gossip enter the mind frame. You must be happy wherever you. Always try new things. Try and never give up.

Great co-workers

Good learning curve

Glocell has been a good learning curve for me because I didn't know anything about customer service ,I am grateful for the training I have received as well as the opportunity given to me. I klnow know how to make sure that a client is happy at the end of every call I took, first call resolution is the key especially when dealing with coperate clients . I had to deal with issuing of statement as well as invoice had to make sure everything is accurate and at the end of the day customer is happy with the company and to do business with us.

Cons: Working 6days a week
