Able to do collection for business accounts
2 years of working at last company I worked for, had a great opportunity of learning a lot with regards to corporate collections. It allowed me to be able grow my confidence. Deal with huge companies that brough in a lot of money within the company, being able to build strong customer relation with red carpet customers. Able to convince a customer to settle for a lower package and being able to giving a customer advantages of taking a certain package than what customer opted for.

Relationship with co-workers
I had an excellent professional relationship with my co workers, which gelled quite nicely with the company environment. People assisted one another. We worked as a team to solve problems and learned new skills to reach our team objectives. I made some good friends for life, who today can vouch for me on a professional basis.

Haw to make sales
It is small campanu at deal's with customer service. We make sales and commission on hand set and accessory. But the campany is closed I'm not working now

Good Growth
I had the opportunity to grow from customer service to technical support and then to Supervisor. So the growth opportunities were there. But finance wise it wasn't very rewarding. Received only 2 increases in over 6 years. The workload kept increasing but the salary stayed the same. It was a very toxic environment due to lack of leadership, transparency & direction.

Prioritising the workload is always very important when organising your day. Always approach each day as a new beginning and enthusiasm. To maintain a pleasant working environment with fellow co workers. Very sociable and gets along very well with staff. Have learn that learning new skills and tasks is always an advantage. Learning new tasks are always exciting. Challenges we are faced with is the changing technology within the market.
