I have learned to work in a team with fellow team members as there is synergy in a team. Over they years I have learned few skills, Soft skills and technical skills. I am working according to a plan that is prepared at the end of each business day however I have a room for unexpected issues that might arise. I involve every member of the team is tackling important aspects and to can make sound decisions. I have learned that not planning before hand can disrupt a day's programme in a big way. Resolving unexpected issues give me a chance to explore and test m y level of capabilities. It is always difficult to work with people who do not put effort to their work.

Exccellent learning curve and better growth in learning a new avenue
I am a peoples person who is easily a team player. I can agdust to various situations that come my way. I am tolerant of the changes happening in from of me ect, new staff to work with. I am an early bird, never late for work. Easily to start work on my own. Self starter. I am a good learner as well. The most challenging aspect in my work, it can be to much and long hours have to be put in sometimes. My relationship with the colleagues that I work with is easy going and stress free.

Excellent learning curve
I have chosen the field study in Computer Science because, computing and computer technology are part of just about everything that touches our lives from the cars we drive, to the movies we watch, to the ways businesses and governments deal with us. Having a computing major provided me with a foundation of knowledge, problem solving and logical thinking that serve as a competitive advantage to me in my career, and will also enable me to make a positive difference in the world.

I am a consistent, hard working, highly motivated person.
l have 3 years 6 months of experience in administration. In the mentioned positions I have been exposed to many tasks and my skills includes: Preparing meetings using email, Ms Outlook Calendar, preparing agenda and attendance, minutes taking in senior Management meeting and record keeping, typing minutes using Ms Word and preparing minutes for signoff, handling incoming and outgoing correspond, diary management ( arrange and schedule meetings, confirm appointments), handling confidential and non-routine information, management of queries and compiling PowerPoint Presentations for the Chief Director using Ms PowerPoint package, preparing Performance Agreements and Mid Term Reviews for the Chief Director. Manage and coordinate leave requests for staff on behalf of the Chief Director.

Excellent learning
I am person who likes to work with people and learning different cultures.During I have to go to each classroom to find out faulty on the smartboards doing troubleshooting and deleting unecessary files such as temporary files running antivirus in each of smartboard .some points learners they music on those but best way its block the USB ports.I have learnt to different kinds of behaviours from both teachers and learners .

Diligent leader
I am a young teacher looking for growth and gaining skills to better and polish my teaching style. I am a good communicator, a team player and I believe in working together with members of a team towards a common goal. I believe communication is vital for successful task completion and is a glue that holds any organisation together. I love working with children of all ages, I get a sense of fulfillment when I help learners/children achieve a better understanding of mathematics. I believe I could add value to your mathematics department with the skills and knowledge o have acquired over the past 4 years ot teaching the subject at a high school level. I look forward to hearing from you and I hope to be considered for a teaching post at your school as I am excited and looking forward to exploring your country and the culture of your people through teaching and learning. Challenging with alot of development opportunities
A typical work day I start my day by checking my emails then prepare my weekly plan. During this stage, i highlight what i need to be doing each and everyday until the end of the week My relationship with my colleagues We have a personal and good working relationship i must say What i have learnt I have learnt that there is no enough time to do all the work and that is why one must prioritize work in order to get results. you prioritize work by ensuring that urgent work gets done first. What i enjoy most I enjoy my work because there is never a time to idle and lacking something to do The most challenging part of my job Mistakes are costly in my line of work and therefore the main challenge is that no mistakes are allowed

Determined to make a difference in learning
As an educator, I believe in a learner centred approach which has proven to keep learner's engaged throughout the learning process. Furthermore a typical day involves lessons preparation ensuring that I cater for my learners learning styles. As a senior teacher in my department I assist with the design of assessments. In the year 2018 I was awarded the best English Educator award in my district. I am dedicated to making a difference in education and learning.

Alot of experience gained in the years I've worked here.
It has been a great learning curve, my colleagues have helped me alot with adapting to the cooperate environment. On a typical day I meet at least 3 clients on site and handle a variety of issues e.g printer issues, internet connectivity, network installations etc. I have gained alot of knowledge in this field.
Pros: Alot of practical experience gained.
Cons: Not alot of financial insentives.
