There is no room from growth.
There is no room for growth. The workload is too much and compensation is minimal. We're also forever struggling to get payment and that deters and discourages us from being productive.
Pros: Seeing the learners adhere to COVID-19 rules and regulations.
Cons: Not being paid for months at a time.
