Hardworking individual

I'm refilwe lukhele I'm people oriented.I can work without supervisor, I'm a hard worker . My duties as a cashier supervisor I'm counting cashierso float bag during spot check time write department self audit .doing drop off during the day and do cashier change request I override at till point do full return when there's error done by cashier I process school cheque at the till point and I also control teabreak and lunchtime for cashiers.at the end of the day i went to cash office and do cash up for cashier to process their unders and overs .and I also assist cash office supervisor with banking and change depositor ,counting the main safe and must balance.and my relationship with my co_ workers is good I have learned to trust no one at work I enjoy weekey payment and learn from other departments as I speak I'm doing training as admin manager I also enjoy thisome most my most challenging aspects is when my cashier short or been over they have to sign .

Learning curve

Ensuring that good customer service is given irrespective how bad or good the day will be. Being a team player with other employees in all departments. I have learned to be passionate and mostly patient with the customers who walk on the store.The most difficult phase is when dealing with a customer who does not understand the procedure of the company.

Excellent customer service

I see myself as a socially experienced communicator and liaise openly and easily with people at all levels of society. I am a positive and energetic person who works hard, and functions well under pressure. I am a determined person and very goal orientated. Through regular appraisal and goal setting for myself I am encouraged to optimize my ability to perform. Myself management abilities are exceptional, but I enjoy working in teams as the development of ideas and solutions are always innovative and creative in teamwork. I also like to encourage a learning environment, as I believe that knowledge empowers people,and empowered people.

Experience in customer sevice

I am a person who have an excellent relationship with my co-workers and i have an good customer service. i have also being promoted twice in a company that shows my work commitment is excellent and i enjoyed being a supervisor because i was deligading and scheduling my co-workers and i didn't have any challanges when coming to work.

Learning curve

Have to focus in order to ensure consistency to give good customer service.Good communication skills with your team in order to deliver good service.I have learnt to excel at juggling multiple tasks and working under pressure.I enjoy when seeing that communication with customers is to their satisfaction. Dealing with unsatisfied customers.

I am a hard worker who able to work with team leaders.

I can work under a lot of pressure .I am an amazing problem solver.I am persistence person and I don't give up very easily. My dependability. I can make a decision under a lot of pressure (good decision makers). I can able to work with little/no supervision, willing to learn new things.easily to adapt,friendly,reliable expensive and punctual.I I am a very committed worker. I love challenges and I have a will to succeed and motivated person.

Growing indursty

working long hours and under pressure. We work as a team and help each other daily. I've learned to appreciate my job and to respect my core workers. I enjoy dealing with customers. Most challenging is when a customer want something that we don't have in the store and trying to make them understand.
