Receptionist/switchboard operator

I was answering customer calls; making follow up calls to cuatomers; taking team member calls; making calls to certain departments in the store, with a microphone paging team members for customer service to certain departments; making register books, photocopying,faxing, binding and laminating.

Pros: I had a choice not to work some Sundays.
Cons: I was struggling to go for lunch because I was the only receptionist.

Excellence experience

It is a very good experience of working with such a big numbers of people and it is an environment where it is nice to learn new things and helping different kinds of people we work as a team we like a family I enjoy helping people and i enjoy counting of money it has teach me to be very careful and to be fast and i learnt that respect is very important in the work place no matter how old you are and how old you are the most challenging part of my job is to make sure that each and every customer that is coming to the shop you give her or him a very good customer care

Perfect customer service

At Game I learned a lot like I now know how to work on this industry called Retail. Game teach me how to pack up the stock how to receive the stock like lot of things with stock how order the stock. I really do enjoy working at Game I use to tell my self I'm the best when comes to anything base on stock I learned everything at game base on stock. I got a very good communication with my co-workers like we share jokes when we busy so that we can enjoy what we are doing on that particular time. On this job I don't see anything challenging at the moment but before i work in retail it was very hard I was not understanding anything but now I'm the best. The is only one person who i can thank cause he is the main person who teach me retail im like this just because of him.
