Working under pressure

I was working long hours 9-7 and two days off during the week but my relationship with the staff we worked as a team with the spirit of a good customer service.at Game I learned to be independent and to work under pressure the most challanging aspect was to be shouted at infront of the customers

more challenges everyday, and i lean more everyday as i work with deferent people, i like working more hours as i learn a lot my relationship with workers is good as am a friendly man, the challenging part is to work with people who dont understand your part

Moderate

Very challenging working with customers,sometimes nice sometimes hard. Dealing with suppliers also is difficult, i learned to be strong not give up. I like to leaning more from other department, so that i can grow.e.g helping others while am free.

Learning curve

I m an obedient person, hard working and team player. I prefer to meet my targets on a daily basis. I m punctual, time keeper. Excellent in customer service.

Excellent place to acquire skills and experience

Its great to work under a company such as game as I have learned how to merchandise stock,how to manage stock by high risk counting,how to order stock,providing a good customer service,how to capture customer's delivery documents, doing filling.the staff were great because of the team work we did.

Got trained as a cash office assistant with 5 months in the company

Small close net relationship with co-workers.. Management usually hard to read or get to have suggestions about anything. Cashiers get blamed for wrong prices on shelves yet they have nothing to do with that. Cashiers are not treated as part of the company as thier need are rearly considered (eg shoud there be a long que and e on lunch we get half our lunch time or sometimes we told not to go on lunch when we should.) Personal vendettas against management cashiers get caught in between .poor management of frontline manager. Weekend offs are seen as a privlage

Pros: Good working enviroment which is created by co-workers and not managers
Cons: Long hours standing and getting scoulded for pure human errors

Motivated and fast learner

The work environment at Game store is friendly and challenging,my experience at the store made it easier for me to gain knowledge in the field to a point where I have mastrred floor and distribution areas as well as the protocols associated with the areas. I am now the despatch clerk at the store due to experience I have gathered in the company. My vision is to pursue the fields I have studied for namely Himan Physiology and Psychology.

Hardworking individual

I'm refilwe lukhele I'm people oriented.I can work without supervisor, I'm a hard worker . My duties as a cashier supervisor I'm counting cashierso float bag during spot check time write department self audit .doing drop off during the day and do cashier change request I override at till point do full return when there's error done by cashier I process school cheque at the till point and I also control teabreak and lunchtime for cashiers.at the end of the day i went to cash office and do cash up for cashier to process their unders and overs .and I also assist cash office supervisor with banking and change depositor ,counting the main safe and must balance.and my relationship with my co_ workers is good I have learned to trust no one at work I enjoy weekey payment and learn from other departments as I speak I'm doing training as admin manager I also enjoy thisome most my most challenging aspects is when my cashier short or been over they have to sign .

Learning curve

Ensuring that good customer service is given irrespective how bad or good the day will be. Being a team player with other employees in all departments. I have learned to be passionate and mostly patient with the customers who walk on the store.The most difficult phase is when dealing with a customer who does not understand the procedure of the company.
