Fast learner, eager to learn more, ability to multitask
With my current position I've learnt how to relate with customers, deal with different personalities as well attitude. Iv learnt to be patient. My co-workers and I have a good relationship because we respect each other and that our positions differ but we always have to help each other in attaining goals. I enjoy my job because it allows me to learn new things everyday. The most challenging aspects is that I always have to be friendly and respective even when a customer is being hard on me.

Dealing with customers
Dealing with customer's its bit challenging because they say customer are King of the business and they put food on our tables,so customer's they expect us to treat them like that. One I was dealing with the customer that her delivery was supposed to take place a day ago then I tell the customer its fine I will make a plan to delivery your goods to day then I took my car and delivered the customer's I terms then she was happy
Pros: I'm looking for training for manager but still waiting to be approved first
Cons: Long its not a problem as long its been discussed first before and I also work long hours heater at game like December

I worked at game clear water I have three years iam not happy the way they treat as employees we are noting we work hurd we are earning a small salary we are always a suspect my wish is to get a better job and support my family cause iam know married iam 29 years old I have 2 girls

Fast learner
Dealing with different people and you have to control the team in a good manner make sure they do the right thing as a head of the department because sometimes people they dont want to work so you have to push and make sure work is done correctly Filling is done Capturing of the customers details on the system Sending the reconcilliation to our headoffice Counting the stock everyday Answering the calls Sorting out queries for customers sometimes you have to go extra mile because you have to make customer happy. Sorting out paperwork daily Activating customers contract Checking whether the team took the right documents

Am self motivated am first learner am also a spoken person i like to work with other people
Am young lady who is talented and hard work and willing to work under pressure and retail hours am also people person I have an experience off dealing with different clients and customers because I work a lot with customers and am also like to others first especially my team work although ihave no experience in this field but am willing to learn everything thanks

Good learnig
Its good because I'm always dealing with the different customers and we working as team every time.I Learn a lot like how to deal with difficult customer and how to handle them.I enjoy when my manager tell me that you did the good job and I see that my boss is happy about me and the challenges when the customer is not happy and when we didn't make the budget

Team work
It's a great job because I love to work with different people and also interact with different people everyday.I learnt how great to work as a team,because it is where you are able to learn new things that might help you in future.I have a good relationship with my colleagues.The most challenging aspect in my work it's when you meet a rude customer,so I have to calm down no matter to bring out good service.
