Great experience I had
4 year management experience in fanancial services maintaining administration, client service and keeping up with the activities that goes on within the business, which is necessary to ensure proper communication. My duties including professional answering and handling of incoming telephone calls in accordance with laid down company standards Accurate recording of clients information on company's computer system Prompt and affective handling of any complaints received from clients other branches and head office

Its an excellent learning curve and growing in admin and clerical field
Im currently enjoying working at Finbond mutual bank but i need morw exposure and interact more in the field. I have learn many things and gained lots of experience along the line and being grommed as a person. And mostly im a peolple person so i enjoy working with differeny kind of people on daily basis. And meeying new challanges and work woth difficult clients. But mostly what i enjoy its a warm and family i have with Finbond.

Excellent way to gain experience
You work all day no time to get to know your co workers and very little pay The is no thing good to day about the company the only look after the big managers like the regional managers and everyone else gets the bake and of everything, they can make you work from 6am to 6pm with no over time are even time due just because they know you need your job and cant do anything to change the status till you can find a new job they is also very difficult when you work all day.

Good learning curve
"I want to achieve financial security by being the best in my field and succeeding in what ever get thrown my way. I am a high energy driven person with goal and dreams that will be achieved by work and dedication. I learnt to be positive to customers
My relationship with my cor worker was like a family helping each everyday I learnt how to handle a matter in a difficulty situation I enjoyed my work because I had relationship with my customers

Excellent learning curves in the banking industry
Finbond is not a bad company but for all the work one person have to do at 1 branch is like doing 20 people work and 3 branches. I love working for the company and its not about the amount of work it's the salary that's little for everything 1 have to do.

I am currently unemployed, but i have more than seven year's where i gained experience in call center, admin, debt collection and customer service. I my experience working the i have learned a lot working for a big organization like finbond which prepared me for the future

Wonderful learning experience for a much senior managerial role
Working at a bank as the regional internal auditor. The job function is self managed with weekly updates to the department head and regional manager. Directly responsible for ensuring all 63 KZN branches are compliant with government laws.
