Excellent company because I learned a lot since I have started working with finbond.it has great experience I have learned to do bad debt bank reconciliation,month end reports,petty cash and bad debt. What's challenging is to reach targets every month.
Pros: Great exposure

I have learn a lot
I am where i am because finbond has thought me much and have confidence in me as their imployer although for me its time to explore more than i know and being out of comfort zone. I have courage to stand tall nd face challenge because of finbond,i am know considered as senior branch consultant because i was willing to learn and grow at previous experience. I am an easy person to work with and get along with my collegues.every day task i dedicate my self to get it done as it makes work to flow smooth the following day.the thing that make my job worth while is when i have helped a client and see a smile on the client.the most challenging aspect of my job is when dealing with a difficult client but as it is my job to make client happy and understant,lastly go home happy.
Pros: finbond has most oppotunity to grow
Cons: it has normal working hours but some day long hours with buzy days

Excellent thing about my work is that you have to recruit client by your self face toface interraction.. There is no growth They use their employees in terms on finance

Time management , customer services .
During the day I do direct marketing outside the office, giving customers flyers, brochus and referrals . Opening debits cards for clients, granting loans and also balancing daily reconciliation. I have a good relationship with my colleagues as I adapt much knowledge and experience with them. I have learnt to be passionate about the job you do everyday not just work for money but also helping to build the community around you at all times. The challenges effect is working overtime without any payment for that.
Pros: In the company the are more chances for one to become a leader one day , they create so much post now and then for everyone to conquer the world.
Cons: Working long hours without payment .

Run the 9 branch, 3 permanent staff per branch and 1-2 temporal staff per branch. We open a bank accountaccount and take care of old age Site marketing Branch promotions Auditing the work per branch, to make sure the compliance is in order, train the staff according brainch findings Ensure the collection is in order All clients are captured in all company data
Pros: Gain lota of client, keep them happy
Cons: 8-16 Monday to Friday but depends to pay days of our clients

Is for school leavers
Working normal, hours at the end we count we ended up with few customers, and this lead to not meet company targets, at the same time working long hours we account managers, alert that , something happen we on our own cause we do exceed company time.working with staff enjoyable, most challenge part, its where we didnt make monthly target tat cost us on a month end not to get incentive s.
Pros: Great opportunity to gain more experience in customer care , thats how to deal with different kinds of people and attend to solve their wuerries

I need a job that will meet my level of experience.
I need a job that will meet my level of experience. I love working with people. I can work well by myself as well aswithbin a team. I am teachable, willing to learn. I think outside the box, I am that woman who love challenges. I make sure that i complete what I have started, I can work well under presure.
Pros: I have learnt to work with people and that made me to become a leader.
Cons: We work overtime but we don't receive overtime salary.

Excellent learning curve
assisting clients with loans, bank accounts, marketing and administrative work. it was really a nice workplace where i enjoyed meeting different people on the daily basis.

Good experience I have
I have learned more about how to interact with different types of people and I ended up enjoying the conversations that I had with my coleagues and clients. I've also learnt the way to overcome so many challenges in working environment.

My Typical Working day ,log in our call logging system check calls that are logged via email,assign call that need technician on site to the onsite technician,Attend calls that i have to attend,Recieve calls telephonically,assistting user remotely and telephonicall,log calls with third party,folloup with old call,Installling PC,We have a great relationship with my Co-workesr
