Good listener

Know Batho pele principle.love what I'm doing all the time. Working in finbond i learn alot many things,how to talk to clients,how to work in a group (team) and also know how to convince customers. The things that i enjoy is can work under pressure and able to meet deadline

Is for school leavers

Working normal, hours at the end we count we ended up with few customers, and this lead to not meet company targets, at the same time working long hours we account managers, alert that , something happen we on our own cause we do exceed company time.working with staff enjoyable, most challenge part, its where we didnt make monthly target tat cost us on a month end not to get incentive s.

Pros: Great opportunity to gain more experience in customer care , thats how to deal with different kinds of people and attend to solve their wuerries
Cons: Working long hours on pau days, becose of target pressure

Excellent communication skills

I am a good and absolutely a fast learner that easily adapt to any sort of change. I like working with people from diverse races. Being in any company it is my respossibility to be productive.

Excellent salaries and incentives

It is a very nice company indeed. I would recommend people to work there but the problem is, they moved the department to Cape town. The relationship with workers was excellent and worked well as a team. The management was also excellent, no complaints.

Good learning experience

Finbond is a well established company, some days are very busy and other not so much, I get along with my co-workers, all though we are a lot of woman we get along very well. I've learned how to do my efficiently and professional and on the right way. I enjoy the little things we do in the office and hen I am busy. The most challenging aspects of the business is how to work with the employees and the clients and how to do 10 things at once.

I need a job that will meet my level of experience.

I need a job that will meet my level of experience. I love working with people. I can work well by myself as well aswithbin a team. I am teachable, willing to learn. I think outside the box, I am that woman who love challenges. I make sure that i complete what I have started, I can work well under presure.

Pros: I have learnt to work with people and that made me to become a leader.
Cons: We work overtime but we don't receive overtime salary.

Excellent learning curve

assisting clients with loans, bank accounts, marketing and administrative work. it was really a nice workplace where i enjoyed meeting different people on the daily basis.

Good experience I have

I have learned more about how to interact with different types of people and I ended up enjoying the conversations that I had with my coleagues and clients. I've also learnt the way to overcome so many challenges in working environment.

It's an opportunity to learn about the things, that I couldn't learn on my own professionally so.

Finbond is a company that shapes hard working individuals. Makes you learn how to be on your toes and sharp in thinking. We work in intimate spaces that allow us to have a very good relationship with our co workers. That helps with a healthy atmosphere in the company or work environment.
