Excellent way to gain experience
You work all day no time to get to know your co workers and very little pay The is no thing good to day about the company the only look after the big managers like the regional managers and everyone else gets the bake and of everything, they can make you work from 6am to 6pm with no over time are even time due just because they know you need your job and cant do anything to change the status till you can find a new job they is also very difficult when you work all day.

Do not work for them.
It is usually quiet in the branch. My co-worker and boss are both crazy and not in a fun way. I have learned a lot, mainly how to get everyone ells in trouble. The most challenging part of the job is not loosing your temper as you have to work with mentally disabled people. If you are still working for this company after 2 years, run away as they like to blame the call centers mistakes on the branch staff.
Pros: None.
Cons: No Overtime, work every weekend, Under-pay, Stress, 15 min lunch time, can't go to the bathroom with out permission,

Learning new things everyday

Great experience I had
4 year management experience in fanancial services maintaining administration, client service and keeping up with the activities that goes on within the business, which is necessary to ensure proper communication. My duties including professional answering and handling of incoming telephone calls in accordance with laid down company standards Accurate recording of clients information on company's computer system Prompt and affective handling of any complaints received from clients other branches and head office

Sales, marketing, customer service
Doing loans calling overdue accounts, maintaining bad by sending overdue clients sms and calling them to make arrangements, filling and marketing. i have a very good relationship with my co-workers because we sometimes go marketing together to improve sales. I have learned to communicate well with clients.
Pros: there are always chances of getting promotions of being a branch managers.
Cons: we work long hours when is necessary.

Learn to think on your feet and be self motivated
You learn to think on yourfeet and be self motivated. Strict policies teach you to be professional and perfect your work. You must be independant and take responsibilty for your own targets.

Excellent learning experience
Everyday I work with clients querries from all different perspectives such as loans,disputes,debit order querries , loading debit orders ,assiting clients with querries ,giving advice and solutions.Answering phone calls,sending leads out etc.I would like a new job oppertunity to
