Capturing aedo , naedo , sassa,pos payments Target driven Prepare bad debt written off Collecting debt review payments Pre-legal payments Time management Registered at FAIS ACT. Fica scanned all the files. Filling daily work and month end reports. Handling cash in the branch Responding email and sending emails. Balancing bank reconciliation , delfin reconciliation and daily disbursement. Target driven Issuing savings account Loading aedo payment Reschedule the failed transaction

I AM A VERY MOTIVATED PERSON AND STRIVE TO TAKE ON DIFFERENT CHALLENGES IN ORDER TO ADVANCE MY KNOWLEDGE BASE AS WELL AS RELEVANT EMPLOYMENT SKILLS.THIS IS EVIDENT IN MY WORK EXPERIENCE THROUGH WHICH I HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO ADVANCING VARIOUS COMPANIES STRATEGIC POLICIES,POSITIONING AND PERFORMANCE AS PART OF A TEAM EFFORT.ALTHOUGH I DO NOT HAVE FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS IN THE POSITION THAT I’M APPLYING FOR BUT I DO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN TELECOMMUNICATIONS.I AM ABLE TO FORGE,MAINTAIN STRONG AND CORDIAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH COLLEAGEUS AS WELL AS WORK IN A TEAM.I AM CONSCIENTIOUS,TAKE INITIATIVES WHERE NECESSARY AND ABLE TO WORK UNDER LIMITED SUPERVISION.IN TERMS OF MY COMMUNICATION SKILLS,I CAN IMPART INFORMATION AND IDEAS TO OTHERS IN AN UNDERSTANDABLE MANNER.

Communication skills

A typical working day is issuing loans and explaining the process to client making them aware of what they will be paying back and giving a client the product that suits their income .Making sure that all the right documents are available,filled and signed correctly. Answering call and making follow ups.I ensure that people know about the product we a selling,making sure that all files are organized and there are were they should be and other general office work. The relationship with my co-works it is a healthy one as i have not fought with anyone.I get along with people as i concentrate on my work and take criticisms as a learn curve.I am someone who is friendly I have learn to multi task,communicate,explain,concentrate and customer service.What i enjoy most is working with people. Challenges are when you have to explain to people who can not read or write.People who will say you did not explain the contract to them while you did.

Excellent

I have a very good relationship with my co-workers because I am a very outgoing person, who get along with everyone.I have learnt several things so far with the company especially team working it helps getting help and ideas from my coworkers.

Learning everyday

Excellent company because I learned a lot since I have started working with finbond.it has great experience I have learned to do bad debt bank reconciliation,month end reports,petty cash and bad debt. What's challenging is to reach targets every month.
