Great on the job learning. Because one gets to deal with numerous client queries
Colleagues are great to work with as we support each othexecuting each other's tasks should we come across any challenge. Our leaders are not supportive in that they disregard our customers by doing underhand tactics in order to up. revenue. We have not been considered for any incentives based on the money generated from collections. Not a nice place to work in even the remuneration package is pathetic for the type of job one is doing. er
Pros: Opportunity to grow within the role.
Cons: Not a conducive working environment as we don't have all the resources required to perform the function.

*Learned how to have an outgoing and energetic attitude even towards difficult customer. *Practiced active listening skills eg, not to interrupt a client when he/she is speaking, but to engage them on whatsoever the matter may be. *Multi-tasking abilities eg, listening to a client and recording important information given by the client while eating lunch without my client noticing that I'm having lunch. *Excellent problem-solving capabilities obtained eg, think fast and being creative to solve complex issues

Iam a very quick learner,I like working and communicating with people
I have a good relationships with my colleagues I don't have a problem with working extra.I don't limit myself I want to learn other things...I don't like working with ignorant people...I have learned that patience and hard working brings all the best rewards ever The most challenge is being new and being mistreated

I am reliable and someone you can trust
My company ists a sraight company but then i am not satisfied with the salary that i receive per month because they job which i do is very dangerous not that i mind the danger of my job but i mind the salary that i get.because most of my times i spend it no my workplace and that it seems like i am nothing to them .i make them a log of money but i receive penuts and i have a mother and father and a son to look after so for me it's not enough

Incredible leadership opportunity
A challenging opportunity to lead a national talent team responsible for 60,000 employees. The change over from ADT to Fidelity was poorly managed from a culture-integration perspective - which lead to a lot of talent exiting the business.

Wonderful learning curve
Receiving invoices from suppliers, ensuring that they are authorised for paymment. Liasing with branch managers and colleagues Reconciling on Excel Fast paced environment and always bus

Excellent foundation layout and the wilderness of the company
Early start everyday. Attending briefings to keep update with monthly targets. Planning road trips to visit branches t maximize profits. Challenge comes when targets are not met and that the industry keeps on changing. I enjoy to be on top of my game and producing while learning from superiors as well. I have learnt that patient is the key to success also that I have to be firm and fair always when I am doing my work. Very easy to get along and always eager to learn.

Never arrive late at work because nobody will take you serious.Lead by axample
To be a Security Manager is something that I thought was a job but it turned to be my career.There is nothing keeping me moving than to know that lives are protected from risk and property from theft. Knowing that I have people (colleagues),who look at me and we done it and I look at them and say the same because of a team effort. Working for the management which is prepared every time seeing their staff climbing the ladder of success.
Pros: Being promoted as a Security Manager within a short space of time
Cons: Always prepared to work long hours as I know is a part of work and when the job is done successfully i go home with a smile on my face
