I'm applying this job. As a security armed guard. I got a compitance and experience of security. And I'm working as armed guard I'm hard work I can work as my duty allowed me to do.
Pros: i can work at any position i qualify for
Cons: im hard work ... i dont mind to work overtime

Good learning curve
A typical work day would range from 6.30am to 3.30pm in the office. Several deadlines to meet on a daily basis. Constantly busy and active. Required to work after hours from home. Assist branches 24/7 as and when possible. Corporatenwear. Fun people to work with. Assist when need help or yo learn. Open to teaching new young employees. Entry level opportunities are widely available
Pros: Good to learn about the industry. Very open to young workers
Cons: Extremely long hours. No bonus. No over time. No compensation

Good day I am Mathonsi Wisan
Good day I am Mathonsi Wisani, am a dedicated person who always strives to make success of the duties that I get assigned to. I can work as an individual or group at any level. My ideal job is Admin Clerk/Data capture, But currently i am in security industry. I have passed grade 12, N4 Certificate in Public Management and Risk management certificate and Fundamental Digital Marketing Certificate from Google Digital Skills For Africa. I have worked with Malamulele west circuit department of Basic education as officer for six years now, during the time I have gained much experience, where the department awarded me an award certificate. I am working with Fidelity security group as access control officer. I wish to be offered an opportunity for in training services to formalise my Knowledge with Practical doing. Excellent working curve
Working for Fidelity was a painful experience. U work long hard hours but it was never noted,yes thy send us for training and all but u never got paid for going there. The end of year bonus was horrible if u go on leave even if u did fill in paid leave they don't pay u for that days when u come back from leave u only get paid for the days u worked for. If u give your manager ideas how to make work easy he presents it as his or her own as a guard u never been noted. If your site has ended u become a spare, u report at the office if all sites are covered u go home no work no pay painful.
Pros: Great opportunity to work for other companies.
Cons: Long working hours.

I am reliable and someone you can trust
My company ists a sraight company but then i am not satisfied with the salary that i receive per month because they job which i do is very dangerous not that i mind the danger of my job but i mind the salary that i get.because most of my times i spend it no my workplace and that it seems like i am nothing to them .i make them a log of money but i receive penuts and i have a mother and father and a son to look after so for me it's not enough

Not happy with certain management
I have enjoyed working at Fidelity security Group for 8 years and have learnt so much in each department where I have been lucky enough to be placed. Currently I am doing corporate reception and I enjoy the job immensely however the site management is atrocious as the current manager seems to believe that he is superior to all staff and should you not agree with an instruction your job is at risk. On the whole, my experience has been wonderful and should I ever be given the opportunity to be moved back to an admin position I would not hesitate.
Pros: Great opportunity for personal growth, not much opportunity to grow with promotion
Cons: Site based is long hours and bad management. Office based is wonderful and extremely fast paced

Would i qualify for something else?
I have been working at this company fidelity security group since 2012. I have never had an accident during onduty. I used to work night shift but now i am doing only day shift and i enjoying it like as i enjoyed night shift. I would like to check my experience if i qualify more than my position as a security officer
Pros: I enjoy my promotion to grade B, it says something to me
Cons: Being booked less hours but worked more hours. Thats iritates me

Dedicated, punctual, well groomed, target driven and loyal to my employer
Typical day at work is to finalize administration, then visiting clients according to dairy. my relationship with co-workers ais excellent and I love working with people, that is why I always strive to hbe positive and to influenc people also to think and act in a positive manner. I am willing to learn and do my utmost to keep on track with new products and what services can be rendered. The most enjoyable part of my work is to meet with different people in all aspects of life. i enjoy working with my fellow employees and will always strive to make them positive in all ways. the most challenging aspect of my work is to meet monthly targets and not to give up. to work hard to achieve my own goals

To identify risks
In currently working as a security officer and a safety representative at Sasol secunda synfuels, As a safety representative every month I do inspections and Identifying objects that have a potential to cause harm report it to my senior I have a good working relationship with my colleagues we always share ideas.
Pros: To grow my self and my career
Cons: I don't mind working long hours
