To identify risks

In currently working as a security officer and a safety representative at Sasol secunda synfuels, As a safety representative every month I do inspections and Identifying objects that have a potential to cause harm report it to my senior I have a good working relationship with my colleagues we always share ideas.

Pros: To grow my self and my career
Cons: I don't mind working long hours

Excellent

Enforcing discipline on the security officers which are deployed on side. All department work together to achieve 1 goal. Days are not the same it's though and sometimes enjoyable. Following protocols of the compact and lead by example. To be a team player and respect the job.

Ned to put more effort

Hard work pays off- i learned to focus more give more attention to my co-workers prioritizing is an important factor having to multi task comes with alot of pressure i enjoy helping peopling and solving problems challenging comes with compalints with unsatified people- who work hard for their money

not much room for growth good relationship with most but some others its not management is autocratic so well dat does not vote well for some of us but in life u have to adapt to ut situation and make the best of it
