Interested in the development of it Staff through Sasseta Training and Development Courses. reasonable working hours and good remunerations rates. in a company with atleast 57000 nemployee there's great number of cultural diversity and learning is a never ending process.

Not happy with certain management
I have enjoyed working at Fidelity security Group for 8 years and have learnt so much in each department where I have been lucky enough to be placed. Currently I am doing corporate reception and I enjoy the job immensely however the site management is atrocious as the current manager seems to believe that he is superior to all staff and should you not agree with an instruction your job is at risk. On the whole, my experience has been wonderful and should I ever be given the opportunity to be moved back to an admin position I would not hesitate.
Pros: Great opportunity for personal growth, not much opportunity to grow with promotion
Cons: Site based is long hours and bad management. Office based is wonderful and extremely fast paced

Excellent
Excellent learning curve.it challenges you to gave client relationships and build good communication to the client. Always willing to assist if there's difficulties within communication.the key to everything is to make sure that everything is resolved so that the client is always happy
Pros: Normal working hours 8 to 4.Weekends and public holidays you don't work if you in admin
Cons: Long hours for people working on the road and couting house staff

Challenging Position
Since taking on this position at Fidelity Security Services as an Operation Manager, handling difference Shopping Center Malls City, I am proud to say that I have reduced the crime rate by over 60%. Through educating my team and skillful organization, I have successfully implemented highly effective conflict resolution techniques. Additionally, I host monthly training seminars to help my security team learn how to quickly spot suspicious activity and respond to it before a crime is executed. Overall, I maintain a highly procedure-focused mindset, and this is responsible for helping me optimize security services and reduce violations. I am well adept at problem solving and am well attuned to my surroundings. I possess combat and self-defense skills and am also obtained all related security short course; I can easily work independently. However, I also understand the value of a good team, and jump at the opportunity to work with others.

Never ask too few questions at an interview and site visit!
I work for Fidelity who report to Tsebo security Management, who report to Africa security, who are part of the Absa group. The reporting structure is a joke. The CCTV equipment is out of date, so much so that the original supplier of 80 percent of the equipment does not even want to work on it. The National manager is foul mouthed with zero management skills. I have a good relationship with both co-workers and junior staff on site. I am also responsible for the Time and Attendance of the Fidelity -Absa staff Nationally and thus submit daily reports on postings and late arrivals. the challenge is to get feedback from the various site and operation managers who are too busy on the road themselves to worry about feedback.

Lear very easy and love working with people
Well working at Fidelity is very fun. Love the people that I work with. Have time for work and having fun in between. Getting at work making coffee to start the day and in between having a laugh with your co workers. Always smiling and doing fun silly stuff after your work is done. Just makes me going to miss them even more.

I'm team leader, very motivating. I enjoy taking charge, getting results and setting targets. Get satisfaction when some from my team graduates and take charge.
Pros: There's a lot of opportunities and various fields. There's grounds to showcase your capabilities and it's a national company, providing you with a chance to work in a province or town of your choice provided opens are available
Cons: Of course there are long hours but that's the nature of the industry

I like to work with people, why l said that? When you are working into a company, you must make sure that the company is growing, and you must make sure that you love your co workers that's why by working together we can do more. Always if the company is doing well it makes me to feel good. You know why if the company is doing good it means also am happy because l know that the company also thinks about us. And when you wake up every morning your power of going to work is in a high note. Every one when things are going well you can also see that this woman or a man is enjoying his or her life. So by doing so .the best thing is you must care for the company and the company also will look after you. I thank you.

Excellent working curve
Working for Fidelity was a painful experience. U work long hard hours but it was never noted,yes thy send us for training and all but u never got paid for going there. The end of year bonus was horrible if u go on leave even if u did fill in paid leave they don't pay u for that days when u come back from leave u only get paid for the days u worked for. If u give your manager ideas how to make work easy he presents it as his or her own as a guard u never been noted. If your site has ended u become a spare, u report at the office if all sites are covered u go home no work no pay painful.
Pros: Great opportunity to work for other companies.
Cons: Long working hours.
