i am currently performing administrative duties at communications Component i am directly dealing with Internal and external stakeholders including senior management, co workers inclusing Metro Policice staff, customers and human resourcces management. my duties include but not limited to; handling mail dealing with all corresponces. typyng, photocopyng, scanning and emailing. create stock order and requisitions for the component replenish stationery. check malfunction equipment and place order for new equipment. organise and attend meeting draft agendas and minutes type letters and reports data capture on the computer system perform receptionist and telephonist function make appointments management of diary create new files] record keepimng communication with customers walk- ins and via emails or telephonicall and direct to apropriate departments

Excellent Learning
I am a hard worker and I am able to meet the deadlines and I am able to work under pressure. I am easy to adapt into new environment or to technological changes. I maintain the high level of confidentiality. I am able to work with a group of people from different backgrounds.

Excellent exposures during the training period.
I am going to do my trade test at Shukela Training Centre on 07 and 08 August 2019. I am working 8 hours a day. We have 1 hour lunch break and 30 minutes tea break. I ahave a good relationship with my colleagues since we are all apprentices. I have learnt a lot in the company. I have learnt to understand and respect other peoples' cultures and beliefs. What I enjoy most is being exposured in different refrigeration tasks and jobs. The most challenging aspects of the job was when we had to lift up very heavy objects as ladies.
Pros: Great opportunity of becoming an artisan.
Cons: It's hard to work as alearner.

Excellent learning curve
It a great start to kick start my.career since they been so kind and offer me with an internship. And it was really nice working with the staff I learned a lot.

Excellent in working on a computer
I'm a young lady who studied at Durban University and Technology... I did a Diploma in Office Management and Technology from 2015 to 2017, in 2018 I did Bachelor Degree in Office Management and Technology. I did inservice training at Oval international college for 3months as an Manager assistant. From 2018 I started doing internship at eThekwini Municipality as a Principal clerk. Every opportunity given to me I use it wisely and I'm eager to learn new things.

Exellent learning curve
Working at Ethekwini Municipality Health Unit was great because all the Co - Workers there was Good and professional and we had a great working relationship. I have learnt alot specially in data related skills. The thing i enjoyed the most is the ability to grow by coming across new tasks and challenges everyday.
