Nice working environment with support from other colleagues
On a typical day I just get to the office check my mails and check incidents that are logged under my name and make necessary measures to try and resolve them or escalate if need be, I've learnt a lot of skills that I didn't know prior working there with the help of my mentor and other colleagues, I have very good working relationships with my co workers because of my easily approachable character and that ensures waking up for work to be something I look forward to. I enjoy the most seeing my users having their problems sorted out coz that means I'm doing my job well. The most challenging aspects of the job is that as technology advances everyday as an IT support agent i also have to keep learning and researching about new technology so that i won't be caught off guard by users telling me about things I'm expected to know but don't know, also my job is unpredictable it needs thorough research so that I can always have solutions for my users
Pros: They allow you to do things as you like as long as you get the job done
Cons: There's not much room for growth, you end up doing one and the same thing everyday

fire department is a nice a cool place to be, it gives u lot of experience an u learning everyday. It is helps people who likes study to be more positive in life.
Pros: 4days on duty n 4days off duty.
Cons: Only one bonus in a 12 months period.

Excellent development
I have successfully matriculated in 2010. Furthermore, I completed a three-year National Diploma in Internal Auditing at the Durban University of Technology and I am currently doing a Bachelor of Technology in Internal Auditing. I also have a Diploma in internal audit Technician. I was employed by EThekwini Municipality as a Junior Internal Auditor. Prior to joining EThekwini Municipality, I was employed by Makro Store (PTY) LTD as a finance internship.

I have been intern but I enjoyed myself there.
I Have degree in accounting science which I obtain at UNISA.I also have attempt CTA level using piece meal method. I’m hard working person who always go extra miles to ensure that I deliver quality service within constraint of time frame . I also believe that as much timely is the one of the important concept in the ACCOUNTING INFORMATION SYSTEM, but there also other three concept which are equal to it, which are the occurrence, accuracy and completeness, because if there is no compliance with one of this concept the information that can be produced.will useless for decision making .
Pros: I hope that Will be opportunity to grow and become better person In terms of working experience.
Cons: I always believe that with hard work you always be in better position deliver within constraints.
