Quality is the best
Quality assurance is to job right first time to avoid rework I do inspections each an everyday activity and I create method statements and QITP's for each activity I make sure the task is done safely with the risk assessment in place and must be communicated with employees before the work commence

Excellent Engineering and Management experience
Great company to learn abour different facets in the Engineering field. Punctuality is very important as each day starts on the set time with events and meetings that are ongoing throughout the day. I have been exposed to most turbines and given the opportunity to make decisions that can influence the lifespan of machines. One of the best projects I was involved in was to modify pumps that were problematic on plant, working hand in hand with the client to produce maximum efficiency. The most challenging aspect is conflict amongst employees and, when you have toa give tasks, one must bear in mind of the teamsame mates involved in a particular task.
Pros: Managing a team of artisans and coming up with solutions to problems.
Cons: Long working hours when you have a deadline and challenges erupt.

I enjoy working with ateam and i always respect my job
i have a good relationship with my co-workers and i always learn something new specific to our work and most challenging aspects of the job is working with people who dont respect their job but so far i enjoy my team

Many oppotunities to learn
since i have arrive here i have been given so much training even on the systems that i hardly use. my Mondays are the most hectic but it becomes easy with people who surround me here they kinda easy people to work with, i have learn to work with different kind of people with different kind of attitude and attributes. I have enjoyed some of the system that i have introduce here to help with monitoring time. salary queries with other kind of guys is hard to explain to them what went wrong if their salaries have problem, in most case some even swear at you, but that is understandable since we working with different guys with different mind set.

Good learning curve
To whom it may concern i am working with employees coming from different backgrounds and cultures but we still managed to keep it as a team that is the best in cabling at eskom. i made a good relationship with both my co-workers and client, that makes it easy for me to make the work go fast since mostly we worked on outages and that makes it enjoyable because no loosing team. when we lack somewhere, our clients give us a notification before it even gets worse. we get challenges by working more hours but still we manage because of good relationship.

Excellent learning curve
Working at eskom has taught me alot. Always working to meet deadlines. It has taught me to on how to be a team player.believing in my self . This was my first job but i learned somuch.

I am able to manage recruitment process from begining to end, Drafting of Advertisement, Placing of Adverts, Interview Arrangements, Inviting candidates for Interviews, Preparing Interview Pack, Making Venue Booikings, Flight and Accomodation Booking where required, Medical and psychometric Assessments, Offer Management, Providing Administrative services to HR Team, I love to work with people, and always making sure that my clients are satisfied. while working since as a learner i have learnt how to be profesisonal in the work environment and how to work effectively and efficiency and with chalenges i have face i can say right now i know how to deal with a difficult customer, frustrating person etc.
