Excellent learning curve and career growth
Great experience on mechanical and electrical engineering for 8 years. I have been doing well with regards to being organised, good communication with my coworkers and management, teaching apprentices,working under pressure without supervision, time management and doing right for first time. I'm willing to further my studies and knowledge everyday. I have a valid code 10 driver's licence with PDP and valid Passport. I'm ready to relocate anywhere and I'm available immediately. I'm looking forward to hear from you and I would be glad to join your company.

Excellent learning curv
I have learned how to work under pressure as we work projects and time is limited, I have also excelled in working under minimum supervision . Most importantly I have learned a lot about the turbine and generator of eskom and I believe I have attained the skills I need moving foward .

GOOD IN EXPANDING
Good in growing opportunities, and meeting new people, learning plant things, communicating with different people. I enjoy working in the plant because it teaches me a lot of things, but a person you have to grow and experiment new things and people. my relationship with co-workers is really amazing we don`t discriminate any ethic group with one and that`s awesome

Stepping stone to Bigger things
A great team i work with it is always a great day but other days are worse than the other due to workload and pressure but we always find a way to make it work. I have learned a lot from the company and the people i work with combining my knowledge and the practical experience has helped me understand the industry even better. Eg SAP System Knowledge. Challenges Are so many at this point considering the renovations of our warehouse as well. Completing a cycle count is a problem, Preservation of material, picking of material, Ordering of material we get lead-times that are not really aligned to our chain and flow material.
Pros: Great Benefits
Cons: A lot of Labour hours and physical handling.

Working foe Eskom Rotek Industries
We are a subsidiary of Eskom SOC, we do projects for Eskom transmission. Our focus is on Overhead Power lines 400kV. our involvent with Eskom start from tender negotiations for Project Pricing, We are basically at the project execution stage of the project life cycle. As a project manager , I manage the entire project at construction stage, I manage costs, schedule, Quality, risks.
Pros: There is a lot one can learn
Cons: There is a lot that one still needs to do to educate and change the culture of having used to doing things the old way, even though processes are evolving

I gained experience in various industries , mining, paper, chemical as wel as energy. I am a self motivated individual with no fear attitude towards a challenge

Learner
Nothing much to learn, as the business does not care about developing needed skill that are short in the country. the work place personnel are good to work with but the morals are very low due to no growth opportunities available

Good learning curve
I worked many engineering companies , multi skilled with a lot of experience . Worked with conveyor belts , wagon tipplers , crushers , vibrating pan , furnaces , hydraulic fault finding ,pneumatics ,cooling fans . Currently working as a turbine fitter here at Tutuka power station near Standerton or Secunda .

Excellent learning curve
My daily responsibilities are as follows : •To review quality, completeness and validity of documentation submitted to A&F for proactive assurance •Maintain a register of all A&F request and do regular follow ups on status •Act as liaison between A&F and procurement business partners. •Review tender documentation before issue of the tender number for correctness •Liaise with Eskom Commercial Governance and compliance for latest update on changes in policies and procedures. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers and we help each other when needed At my current career i have learnt to be tolerant and to work under a very great pressure, i enjoy it when mi am being recognized as a soft person who is open to help at all times, a person who is reliable and delivers her job within deadlines. the most challenging aspects is when i deal with the most difficult colleagues .
