Better Prospects required

Better Prospects required, To look after staff and make sure that it is about people and not just money, People are supposed to be first priority. High turn around in staff due to all issues that could be prevented

Gives great experience and it is a excellent learning curve.

It gets very busy as we support more than 20 companie. We work as a team with collegues. I have learned so much that it has given me so much experience. I enjoy helping users on the phone. The most challenging aspect is when you on the phone with user and you can't help them the same time needing same time assistance.

Pros: Working hours are flexible.
Cons: Too many clients to support with short stuff.

Great company

The company is great to work for plus the are opportunities for grwn and personal development. We are well structured in terms of management and employees relationship. Employees are allowed to bring ideas and discuss ways of improvement or development within the department.
