Gained alot of experience aswell as excellent learning cure for me.

- At EOH I have learned that we do things right first time. - Make sure deadlines are met according to my SLA. - I have learned quite a lot supporting different companies on different support levels e.g Front office, back office, desktop, software, hardware and onsite support for PG Glass, Cashbuild and Datacentix Working together as a team is key in that manner SLA`s are met accordingly. Ensuring all deadlines are met and making sure the customer is happy.

Pros: Oppurtunity to grow,expand my knowledge in a different work enviroment.
Cons: I am dedicated to working overtime and making sure my deadlines are met

Learning different skills and using different technologies on a monthly basis

Providing support to +-100 users which are assigned to me. Typical day, is i check my emails and see what i must do for the day. Assist in calls which were logged remotely or i drive to the user's site. Assist fellow technicians in areas where they can't find a solution to. Challenging aspects are when one is face with difficult clients which in turn they want to argue with you when you, as the technician, know that whatever it is that you want to do while help the client and yet the client doesn't want to allow you to do your job and then one finds themselves tied up with nothing to do to help/ assist the client.

Employees just a number

Employees just a number in general. When your very ill you are told this is not a holiday and either get back to work or move on. One can say much more here but its to lenghty to put everything down

Great learning experience and opportunity to learn

My experience at Eoh was great i work in a good working environment. I monitored Vodacom Retail and Billing systems. Using back end terminals, applications and HP tools. In my 3 years and 10 months i developed an intensive understanding about the way a telecommunications company's systems are setup and run.

Better Prospects required

Better Prospects required, To look after staff and make sure that it is about people and not just money, People are supposed to be first priority. High turn around in staff due to all issues that could be prevented
