Better way to get grow in my career
I have been in the IT industry for over 14 years and. I am a Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional (MCITP) Enterprise Administrator since 2008 and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) since 2009. And I hold the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certifications on All Windows OS platforms. I also hold the Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCITP) and Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet (MCP+I) certifications. I pride myself on role as a trusted advisor and I’m ability to explain things to both technical and non-technical people in a way that makes them feel more secure and better understand their IT environment. I have taken an active role in training and mentoring employees and management. I’m ability to work to predefined and agreed upon goals and targets with limited supervision

Great learning experience
Receiving & dispatching report writing stock take attention to detail updating the system i enjoy report writing, capturing stock on the system. telephone etiquette, i have an excellent working relationship with all my colleagues and we treat each other like family

Good team work
My role in the company was to deal with the integration of mobile applications with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM .The messages from mobile is in JSON format which is coming to SAP PO,then it will be moved to Microsoft Azure.Azure provides the cloud computing facility and it works on a FIFO basis.My role was to handle the JSON data from Azure and process it and integrates with CRM.

Best learning curve I could have asked for in running a corrupt business without ethics
Days at EOH are long with zero work life balance. Under the table dealings happen whilst the executives keep telling the market how they fight against these. You are a number, not a person, and you are dealt with as such. During Covid this became clearer as multiple divisions were retrenched. Co-workers stick together and support each other, lovely people to have worked with - even now we are still friends, after having a whole division closed "due to Covid". Most challenging was to get the correct people to become aware of the corruption and under the table dealings - it took me 5 years, but finally it's out there and being investigated. This taught me to keep trying to highlight if things are not what it should be.

Cons: Long hours, corrupt colleagues, no support from executives - executives even withhold information from managment on the ground to run the business effectively

Great learning experience and opportunity to learn
My experience at Eoh was great i work in a good working environment. I monitored Vodacom Retail and Billing systems. Using back end terminals, applications and HP tools. In my 3 years and 10 months i developed an intensive understanding about the way a telecommunications company's systems are setup and run.

Gained alot of experience aswell as excellent learning cure for me.
- At EOH I have learned that we do things right first time. - Make sure deadlines are met according to my SLA. - I have learned quite a lot supporting different companies on different support levels e.g Front office, back office, desktop, software, hardware and onsite support for PG Glass, Cashbuild and Datacentix Working together as a team is key in that manner SLA`s are met accordingly. Ensuring all deadlines are met and making sure the customer is happy.
Pros: Oppurtunity to grow,expand my knowledge in a different work enviroment.
Cons: I am dedicated to working overtime and making sure my deadlines are met
