Great company.

People are great. More like a family. Working hours reasonable. Management not so great. Scared to make decisions. Pay and bonuses great but it also means that a person needs to do the role of 3 people.

I have a BSc Engineering degree and working for Engen Refinery. I have a project management diploma obtained from MANCOSA.. I am passionate about people development and growth. I have experience in working with Medium voltage and understand maintenance practices

Pros: I want to be a maintenance manager one day

Strong brand

the company offers Good benefits, (medical aid, performance bonus and providen fund). They also support employees with obtaining more skills by paying for their studies. and , however there are no growth opportunities.

i have over 2 years of successful experience in my role as delivery controller , Distribution planner and inventory controller. Recognized consistently for performance excellence and contributions to success in chemical/oil industry. th excellent working relationship

Nice working enveronment

Relationship with co workers is absolutly lovely. What i have learnet is that one needs to be flexible to learn each and every job that is being done in the depot in order to be on top of your game. Most challengind aspects of my job is the attitude of the people feeding me informatiom(which my job requiers 2 departments to be able to be done accuratly and correctly).

Pros: Working hours are very flexible and Workers well being taken into consideration at all times
Cons: Working with dangerous petroleum products

Excellent learning curve

A typical day starts between 8-4pm, I manage the receipt and handling of bulk fuel as we as all plant equipment,I have 3 people reporting directly to me. What a learnt is to apply expierence and skill to resolve operational constrains.
