Excellent learning experience

Was great working for emperors unfortunately they retrenched us . I must say learning staff is a big must at the company i have done medical aid level 2 . Health and safety. Customer service as well as self defense.

Excellent learning curve it was my first solid job for 6 month's

Good day I really enjoyed wprking at emperors palace in kempton park. It was a very exciting job where you meet different people and also meet a variety of different cultures in the work environment

I am a very good kitchen manager. Also from Asian

I am then work himself up further. I did Executive chef training courses.and then ran Salon Prive (2013—2016). Where I managed 30 staff members, and cover 300 guest, VIP kitchen. I did all stock transfers, financial meetings, ensured food costing was all in order for budget Meetings, Staff training. It was an honour to work with him. He ran his VIP division smoothly.
