Good customer service

Working with too many peaople, learning the characters of people. Not being able to show your abilities, the department does not promote working skills development. Promotion degrades the salary range. I am looking for an industry that helps promotes me as a candidate and that can give me a chance to grow and help the company to grow.

Excellent learning curve

Good working space Always busy with clients telephonically and via email. Team work and dedication to the job I really enjoy working with most people

Attention to detail

Emperors is a great company to work in. in the four years at emperors i got promoted every year and excelled at all positions i was assigned to. i am not micro managed i know what i need to do and i do it well, i am a team player when one of my colleagues are off sick or on leave i take over their account and deal with their supplier queries. emperors has tought me alot of thing it gives me the opportunity to train in in field in the finance department i am currently training with the accountant.. the most challenging thing is the first week of the new moth when there are reviews and we need to submit the balance sheet on the 7th and also have the 7th payment, so one has to be on his A game to be able to manage the stress that is the first week of the month.

Teamwork

I am Chef Andre Bezuidenhout, the chef de cuisine at emperors palace in aurelias restaurant. From there my feet was placed firmly on the ground. I started getting into a normal work day, doing my daily routine. Starting morning shift, i would first do staff check and do briefing, then move to the kitchen and see if its in a working state, never had a problem with my kitchen. I would then check the health and safety list, this also help ty i check the fridge and freezers for cleanliness. The check the buffet for breakfast, and preo for lunch. Afterwards order ms will be done, the my sous chef checked the MEP in the sections. The dinners worked similar, but Have no buffet. In my time i have learned that equipping your staff with the right skill helps the kitchen preform better. In this its has build a strong working relationship with my staff. I enjoyed the time myself and my sous chef went to Monaco to cook for the prince and his guests. We got selected because of out hand worked and cooking style.

Fast leaner great experience

Well working at Emperors Palace was amazing, you would look forward to a new day, every office has it own politics but it was great and also working with customers (Guests) it was nice they well also leave you with,advice and complain to solve. And I also got an opportunity to take customer service course, Fica course And FET GENERIC MANAGEMENT NQF level 3 business administration course and I'm must say I've learn to much in that Company and I'm so grateful. Most challenging aspects about my job was its when you dealing with Customers who swear at you but it comes with the job and Managers moods.

Pros: Well great new opportunities
Cons: I've been working long hours and never get paid for that

Great learning experience

The experience was outstanding, however it had its many challenges and obstacles. I managed to overcome them. The staff was helpful and supportive throughout my experience.

Internship learning

On a typical day, I come in an do all my checklist calls making sure that before the users come in that there is no errors and that the day would go smooth once the users arrive I prepare to take calls from the service desk and prioritise the calls from urgent to lease urgent doing all my troubleshoot on all these problems that I face and finding solutions. on the end of the day we have a handover to the next shift to continue on all projects and work that was not completed on your shift. I have a great relationship with my colleagues we help each other with tasks and assist where I can I have learnt so much as I am an intern. I mostly enjoy the challenges, no two days are the same

Excellent in finding solutions

• I am a final year Public Relations Student in Rosebank IIE College in Braamfontein. • Very friendly, quiet and assertive young woman who would go a long mile of completing all her tasks beforehand. • I love establishing mutual relationships and is good in maintaining them. • Able to interact with different kind of people especially because she had to work in a 5 start hotel where you find people from all over the world who come to visit South Africa • I seek challenging opportunities where I can fully use my skills for the success of the organization. • I want to join a company that offers me a stable and positive atmosphere and inspires me to enhance and therefore to innovate the work culture for the betterment of all parties concerned

I am a very good kitchen manager. Also from Asian

I am then work himself up further. I did Executive chef training courses.and then ran Salon Prive (2013—2016). Where I managed 30 staff members, and cover 300 guest, VIP kitchen. I did all stock transfers, financial meetings, ensured food costing was all in order for budget Meetings, Staff training. It was an honour to work with him. He ran his VIP division smoothly.
