My relationship with co-workers

I have been working for ETC For the past four years I have lost we lost some colleagues and gained others as well . I learned different cultures and attitudes Which helped me to be more considerate and understanding.

Excellent learning experience

It is an everyday learning experience as we deal with different new situations and experiences on the daily. Work environment is always good we function as a team at all times. My soct skills and customer support skills have grown over the years. My most favorite moments is dealing with people from different walks of life with a same goal of being treated like royalty as customers.

Pros: Growth potential is big.
Cons: Weekend hours

Good learning curve,with more opportunities and growth within company

I'm hard working individual who believe in continue learning and improvement, I also believe in geeting out of my comfort zone and achieve the best in everything that ido.I communicate very well with client and colleagues,am risk taker,problem solver and also team player.

Learning how to interact with customers

Resolving customers queries helped me to understand and know my product very well. I have also gain knowledge on the CRM system which helps to execute a good customer service. My role in the the organization is to see through that a customer understand the product offered and is willing to purchase the product. Challenges arises when the product is no longer functional, and that angers customer but with the extensive knowledge I have with customer service I make certain that the customer is happy and certified.

Learning curve

Hectic work load Good relationship with colleagues I've learned to be a team player and again working under pressure and meeting customer needs satisfaction. I enjoy my work dealing with customers face to face and seeing how happy they become when you assist with queries and resolve. Working with the system as slow as a tortoise.

Cons: Hectic shifts

Coordination

Coordinating the whole department in terms of which ever support the department head requires. Dealing with customer queries on a daily basic and provide feed back within the required time.

Pros: i don't work on weekends
Cons: limited promotion opportunities

I am currently a part time student at the University of South Africa in my 3rd year studying social science. I am a team player , fast learner and love challenges. I take each day as it comes , committed to anything i put my mind to it. I am dedicated and reliable. I am very inquisitive. I believe i will be a great asset to your organisation. I am very versatile.

Always learn something new

Topically work day is to reach a target andust make sure everything you typed is accurate. Relationship with my co workers was very good team working always be there for inspiration and just good communication. Learn to do your job very accurately and time management I enjoy being around people and challenging my daily target and the working inviroment clean, nice, fun , comfortable to be around it so cool atmosphere. To reach target with good high results and perfection of your typing
