Excellent learning curve

I am a self-motivated person who is aiming to become a Senior Manager. I completed my certified junior management programme and am currently offering my skills to organizations to assist with their quality management needs. I am suited to the management profession because I value Data management, Analytical skills and Quality and detail orientation.

Best experience and character built

The company is a safe place to work in with strict work conditions. My work is to reach a daily target of which I do and exceed the target. We have KPIs and our work is assessed by quality department every week. My colleagues are live and vibrant and make it easy to work with. I'm a humble and energic colleague and never a dull moment with me. I have have learnt to do my work first. Sometimes we are asked to help with other departments work to decrease the work load. I enjoy helping other departments because I gain experience for doing more than I came for.

I have learned so much and gain so much experience

I advocate the position that my combination of managerial and knowledge, being a CSO Operator and 2IC (Assistant Store Manager) knowledge gained will be great help to the company. In general manner, I possess broad set of skills that I believe would be relevant for this job placement. I am open-minded, confident and passionate about my work, reliable and I have great communicational skills. I am equipped to respect and follow business constraints and to implement a framework for tests to identify defects in shortest fractions of time meeting the main strategic objectives. Having experience in team work I can deliver project from the beginning to an end.

Fair learning curve

I got to learn a lot about the company through helping out in other departments and that made me multi-skilled.I enjoy working at a department that is challenging. The challenging part about my job is doing one thing at times that doesn't help me think much.My relationship with my co-workers is great I love working in teams because we get learn from one another.

It has been a great journey.

My typical day entails the global distribution of daily business operations and communication that each employee needs to know about the business operatives. I have an open relationship with employees and executives across all boards. I have learned to manage and coordinate corporate social initiatives and events, allocation of funding and admins associated with it. I am now more conscious of the BBBEEE requirement and Safety regulations. I enjoy designing and publishing posters, communication, strategizing on the current and best ways to effective communication and internal marketing. The most challenging part is getting your audience to effectively and efficiently give you feedback based on the culture of the business.
