Department of Rural Development And Land Reform Reviews

Good working environment.

Throughout the 6 months of my stay with the department, I have learnt a lot. There are several things that I have improved on already. My stay contributed a lot on my communication skills, interpersonal skills and computer skills, but I would still like to pay more attention to it in the future. I am still eager to learn to make more confident decisions and to express my ideas and opinions more certain.

Pros: theres a room for acquiring more knowledge on my field of work
Cons: no gaurantee of future employment

It is an institution of learning for young surveyors and a great place for those who are about to retire.

Meeting targets

Getting my work load to start the day and finishing off if there was some work left the previous day, having a good working relationship with coworkers is positive and that shows in you production and quality of work. I have learnt tenasity and determination serve as drive to get through the day. I enjoy a place where we work together peacefully towards a goal(comoradary) , a positive atmosphere. My challenge was unfair treatment.

Pros: Not much progression
Cons: Working underperssure
