I like to work with my colleagues as a team. At Radon Projects i started to specialize in Setting-Out of Trenches and Bases for the whole structure of 13storey building and also assisted in Quantity Surveying Services including taking measurement of Sub-Contractor's works for payments and reading revised Engineer's drawings for breakdown of costs to Bills of Quantities. At Public Works my main job was to manage State owned construction projects including preperation of tenders documentation, Bill of quantities and other tender requirements.

Excellent exposure
Working as an HR intern, performing day to day duties. submitting memos,capturing on the system, compiling minutes, compiling master list, assist on investigations in labour unit. The atmosphere is good, people are friendly, we laugh and work at the same time. we share jokes and lunch. and we work as as a team. we have a rule,you do not know,you ask,you learn. within this period of a 1 year, i learnt more about how to work with other people, dealing with different people with different personalities especially in Hr section since it is people centered. i enjoy the capturing part in the system, using Persal system. the challenging part is the Persal part since it has a lot of information and confusing but at the same time is it challenging but enjoyable.

Excellent learning curve
I am open to career change and development in the market. Working in an environment that is challenging and developing is more important to me as I am a client orientated person. I am more than willing to learn and improve my skills. I take every challenge with both hands and would like to learn more by being an essential asset of the department and effectively adhering to the values and norms set by the department.

Hard working

Excellent learning curve
Good exposure in the risk management flied which included conducting risk assessment works, monitoring of controls in place l, conducting ethics workshops for the entire department. Check compliance in the process eg. Supply chain. Assist in disclosure process and conducting fraud investigation and producing reports.

Facilities and maintenance
A typical day for me is to asses the building / equipment and facilities for any damages attend to staff logged calls for this that need to be fixed. for small repairs required i will fix myself and for major things that need to be fixed i source out quotes for suppliers. challenges would be sourcing out quotes and the department does not have a budget. over the years i have learnt to work well with colleagues as at times you they need my assistance to carry out their day to day duties.
