Im good in communication and leaning skills well spoken and presantable
at my work i have a good relationship with my co workes because when somebody is on leave we act on his or her behalf on the duties.and ive learnt to work with defferent people from defferent levels based on the communication skills that i have .the things i enjoy the most since im working with electricity is wher im tasked to identify fault by doing fault finding and then i came up with a solution that is where i enjoy the most

Excellent learning curve
I work as a transport officer and tender administrator. It is a good environment to learn and grow in to a big position. The stuff is friendly and they are supporting. I have learnt ways of dealing with people effectively and add value to the company. Working with different people with different characteristics from different sections provides an opportunity to learn about the overall business from Finance, transport ,supply chain, projects, to works management. I enjoy working in groups when we work in teams issuing cars to the staff because it just becomes a normal group chat while doing your work. It helps me learn more about my job and opens up my mind to come with better ways to do the job. Working with people eho do not oblige to the Departmental rules makes my work challenging e.g staff that take cars for personal gains and mess the car but not report the faults.

Good experience on working with people
The work is challenging on its own because I am working with different people every year is it a skills programme that i am working on, so we get a new recruits every year. What I have learn is to work with people who was never been in a work place environment and you have to train those people to be on time and how to behave at the work place and I also have learnt how to handle their different behavior and have a skill on how to resolve conflict. What I have enjoyed the most is to see them get the employment from subcontractors company and the company itself employ them. The most challenging aspects is that you have to know how to handle the public you do not just say what you feel you can say to the public body because every time you must watch your words other wise you will in trouble it is challenging as I have mentioned earlier that you meet different attitudes..
Pros: The opportunities of getting the promotions it is very rare as we are huge group doing the same work I personally think that for now there is no hope for that
Cons: Long working hours when we have to meet the due date that is when we work long hours.

Duties: • Reconciliation of budget allocation on BAS. • Capture Sundry payment using BAS and Verify WCS Payments • Ensure that all debts are captured and authorized according to prescripts. • Manage all debtors internal and external debtors are informed of their debts. • Ensure proper record keeping of all debt documents. • Ensure PERSAL deductions relating to debt are captured and authorized daily to improve debt recovery within the organization. • Prepare monthly age analysis and debt status and report to ensure progress within the debt section

No challenges and less career growth.
As a mechanic at my workplace I do daily maintenance and scheduled services on plant vehicles and machinery,I also supervise my fellow assistant as and when needed while I report the workshop manager where we all work as a team. Basically I've never met any severe challenges as I do minor repairs that are minimal to what I'm capable of as a qualified Artisan.
Pros: Permanent job security

A fast learner with high energy and drive to exceed expectations
About 10 -12 hours of work at times because of the nature of work, maximum concentration and attention to detail. Working well with co-workers and senior executives. I have leant a lot from performance management, governance to effective communication skills. Mostly enjoy spending time analysing and finding new and easy ways to present an idea/concept. While this is a challenging environment, one tends to spent long hours at work due to complex matters and meeting deadlines.

Excellent working evironment
Excellent learning curve and good contribution to economic growth through job creation and innovation.i enjoyed working with my colleagues mostly assisting client.i have learned many filing systems and also different government transversal systems.challenges arise when is end of the year and you have to give report and also having auditors on your case requesting information.
