Capture S&T claims on Persal Compilation and capturing of journal on BAS to correct misallocations. Obtain suspense account approvals Clear transactions, report and Reconcile Suspense Account Check entity maintenance documents Audit Trail [before and after interface] Final authorize Logis payments captured Cashier Banking of state money Check SAGE system for payment numbers

Not a bad place for one to start climbing a corporate learder at.

What I normally do on daily basis is to process invoices and do payments and withdraw reports such as Bank Recon, Trial balance, suppliers payments schedule etc. Most employees here at the department are friendly and approachable regarding anything whether business related or personal, I have learnt to master SAGE pastel system we use for payments and invoices which is kind of a good experience for one to acquire. The challenging part about our work is the fact that we encounter new things on weekly basis and we have to come up with solutions for them without managements intervention at most times.

Advanced excel skill

I am working eight hours per day I have good relationship with my colleagues since I am a friendly and hard working person and willing to work in team. I have learnt more about debtors and finance administration work . I also have more knowledge about financial systems and well my excel skill is more advanced. Sage pastel is my favourite system, I am enjoy using this systems everyday cause it is a bit challenging. The most challenging is getting different debt situation almost every month and they not treated the same. I must treat them according to its own merit which grows my understanding of debtors everyday.
