Great experience learned alot because its were I did my internship ,do presentations
We are mostly on site operating the wastewater treatment plant and when doing housekeeping its always in groups , during the years we have been working together we got to learn to work as a team now we are more like family.

Excellent financial exposer

Excellent at gaining working experience
Good working hours, working with people who know how to work as a team, gained more experience inthe electrical field enjoyed when we worked on new and challenging work stuff

Difficult environment to work in because of long approval processes.
Long processes which contradicts a 30 day payment timeliness are mostly frustrating. Otherwise a good working place to be when taking job security into consideration.
Pros: Possible promotions if you improve your qualification.
Cons: Long frustrating approval processes (red tape).

Adapting fast in a fast paced environment
A Driven Mechanical Engineer with a good track record and demonstrated history of working in a fast-paced environment. I have exceptional Interpersonal skills and communicate effectively, I possess a driven work-ethic and relationship building abilities. I pay attention to detail and have a good understanding of how to achieve engineering objectives. I enjoy collaborating in projects and being a part of a winning team. Department of Public Works.
Public Works is ICT centric . Executive are 100% for service delivery. though it is evident that the general staff do not quite carry the same passion for service delivery. There are efforts in place with mentor and coaching to revitalise the general staff (rehabilitation process) and the required exposure and competitve salaries offerings may assist to boost morale. and the exciting and mind blowing 3D Printing technology , TELEMETRY technology to be the first for Department of Public Works to be competitive with the Private sector if not the leader.

Excellent learning growth
The most chaalengingi aspects is that we dont get to communicate face to face with the employer because they are based in heard office , and there is a chain of directors in order to get to them .

Excellent learning curve
Good exposure in the risk management flied which included conducting risk assessment works, monitoring of controls in place l, conducting ethics workshops for the entire department. Check compliance in the process eg. Supply chain. Assist in disclosure process and conducting fraud investigation and producing reports.
